  • Did you know that creating resistance through targeted exercises for the frontalis muscle can effectively reduce/prevent frown lines and horizontal lines on your forehead?
    Let’s give you a radiant, stress-free glow!
    1. Sit or stand comfortably.
    2. Ensure your hands are clean before starting.
    3. Using your middle finger from one hand and your index and middle finger of your other hand, place them horizontally on your forehead, on top of your 11 lines (in between your eyebrows).
    4. Gently press down with your fingers and push towards each other, creating resistance.
    5. Repeat for a few seconds, working all the way up to your hair line, feeling the engagement of your frontalis muscle with every movement.
    6. Release and repeat above each eye from above your eyebrow to your hairline for a few minutes each day.
    7. Repeat this for a few minutes each day.
