I hardly ever give videos a thumbs down and I will tell you why I did on this one...First of all what does he mean forgot password? If you forgot your password you would not be able factory reset without jailbraking the phone. Second, Samsung has Knox and therefore Virus' are HIGHLY unlikely. Third the video lacks information in the sense that a factory reset does not delete the recovery logs, Thus leaving traces any and all user traffic so it does not fully reset the device by these methods. elaborate on how to delete the recovery logs and how a user that forgot their password might access the menu using the hard keys and bypass the password upon startup? That might make the video more useful. Otherwise its just anotther copyright infringement IMHO

After the reset factory, what will happen to the battery? For example the battery life is 12hr even though is 100% charge. If I reset the phone, Is it still the same? Or back to normal like it will last 20 to 23hrs?
