Lenovo made a line of laptops called "ThinkPad", which was a business oriented laptop. IBM sold their computer business to Lenovo around 2008 so they now make more consumer targeted shit. so I think she was using her lack of being aware of that brand as an example of how oblivious she is to things in general

She also didn't towel herself off properly before putting on dry clothing, not realizing you should dry off entirely before putting on clothing.
