This Is episode 3 featuring a week of my life as an adult living in Sydney.
In this episode, I feature the ups and downs of the week with a main focus on my preparation for another colonoscopy. As someone who lives with Crohns Disease, I have colonoscopy once every year and my biggest struggle is the preparation for it rather than the procedure itself. I am grateful to have people in my life who act as my support system through tough periods in my life

One big contrast living in Alexandria and surrounds to suburbia is the amount of multi racial couples , something I never really saw 10 years ago.

I used to live close to Alexandria and have definitely noticed how much more diverse it's become over the years. There is definitely a growing mix of cultures and backgrounds in the area and the surrounding suburbs now
