The government of Samoa, including the Minister of Tourism, appears to have overlooked the contributions of the current Miss Samoa for the years 2024 and 2025. It is imperative that Samoa provides the same level of recognition and support to the current Miss Samoa as was afforded to her predecessor rather than neglecting her contributions. The former Miss Samoa's involvement in the welcoming ceremony for the GHOGM event was deemed inappropriate.
I believe that with the title miss pacific islands that Moemoana held she was more fit for the job even if any other miss pacific were to involve they would also give the pleasure of carrying the torch to her and why are we talking abt this they can even give it to the pm to carry the torch so its not ours to decide
