- What goes on behind-the-scenes on our tea trips? As we enter a new year we are looking back at the last few years of tea sourcing trips and showing you some behind the scenes footage of the life of a tea buyer. Yes, you will see me EXTREMELY drunk on moonshine and stuffing my face full of all sorts of food - many of you asked for this video so here you go! Raw and unfiltered madness in the mountains!

After YEARS of Don beeing my spirit animal of super calmness (he really should do audiobooks, only describing the taste of things) ... it is so funny to finally see something raise his temper - chinese honking 🤣

Happy New Year Don and Celine, from Shanghai. Konjac noodles - all fibre no calories :-D Toilet Paper? You gotta bring your own, that's what tissue packets are for. Every time you go to a restaurant and they give you a tissue packet? Keep it! That's your, all purpose, toilet paper.
Horn honking?!? This is the ultimate expression of the "Me First!" principle. Cue jumping, lane changing, Me first! Add to this, don't exist if your are not from my family or village, as far as me getting what I want... I am all important and your concerns are inconsequential to me. :-P
Love the fact that you DO recognise that you're having first world issues with the behaviours you experience whilst on your travels. Love the look behind the scenes.

Thank you for the best travel video ever!! So very authentic. Just found the best Chinese restaurant in Vancouver Washington, and we had lotus and red bean dim sum. Yummy.
The toilet paper is in the packets we give Railroaders to take on their road trips. Don't forget to take your travel bidet. Good luck with the rain. I hope it all worked out. I'm going to drink some tea now. 2 weeks into this journey of tea learning. Just put in an order. Thank you for all your work!!

A most entertaining presentation.
Amazing video, giving a great unpolished and honest glimpse into your tea trips with all the fun and annoying experiences you encounter. I wish you could have tasted that tea growing next to the pineapples as finished product and told us about it, so curious how it turns out.
One more thing though; if you'd give me the chance to choose between turtle soup with chicken feet and what seemed to be a sex hotel's soggy egg and sausage sandwich... I would still choose the sandwich in the end 🙈😂

Set up my Gong Fu brewing to brew and sip while watching this video. :) That tea stuffed into dried lemons looks incredible! I can almost smell the lemony aroma! :D Love the horn honking bit! LOL! Absolutely love the overhead footage of the tea growing region. Again Don you've shown us how much work and passion goes into producing tea for the rest of the world. :-) Ha-ha!! LOL, good thing you just did that video - "Can GABA tea really cure a hangover?" Hahahaha..... that looks like a fun but taxing trip... we cannot eat anything animal based or with oil due to immune system response so even though it looks DELICIOUS we'd never have anything to eat. when you go to other tea channels, there is something about mei leaf that makes him feel so much more knowledgeable, while he doesn't look like an tea expert, the more you get to know the channel the more teaness this guy has... ik this doesn't make any sense but heres an example: I love classical music and when i think of Beethoven, I always think of someone phisically larger than like, idk Liszt, so over the years of tea drinking and watching videos, this guy has sort of increased in size ik thats really weird but thats just how I see it
This could be a "Chinese food vlog" channel (or a "Celine tries on clothes" channel lol)
