    Does boiling the eggs keep them soft even after frying. Sometimes when directly fried they turn a bit hard.

    But no spices when we were young my mum used to steam the gabodi mixed with salt n turmeric cut into pcs put green Masala n then dip in egg n rawa n fry now I don't see any gabodi in the market where I live in Mumbai
