Hello! I’m a 12 year old that’s been watching your videos lately. I’ve really been getting into cooking and your videos are so entertaining but so helpful. I recently made your cookies and they turned out so well. As a kid I’ve never really had my parents helping me cook and I really like it. Thanks for making this amazing content!
8:55 The "mandu" nickname is nothing like an insult, in fact, it's usually endearing. Off the top of my head, Sheon from *Billlie* and Gaeun from *Madein* also get called that, and it's in reference to their adorable cheekies that make you want to squish 'em... 13:00 Yeah, I think skipping _those_ Lisa nails was probably a good move... 😂
Just a little FYI, the spooned butter technique is called a quenelle. It works best with two spoons, and I learned this from Great British Baking Show. I think the dish is called a Floating Island?
My favorite tempe dish is really simple, just marinade them in blended garlic, shallots, salt, coriander seeds and water for 15 mins. Fried them, and eat them with sambal and white rice, yum!
Tempe is kinda like Tofu, you need to give it a flavor. usually, brining it with salt and water then frying it was enough. but adding more flavor will elevate it more. and saying it similar to Natto is actually not that far. Because Tempe is a fermented soy bean too. but it got fermented with yeast. Tempe is a blank canvas, and a really good protein too. So I hope you will try it again in the future 👍

Such a fun video ❤
The salat that Lisa loves to eat is a green papaja salad called Som Tam, not green mango salad☺️☺️❤️
