I made this tonight with cavatappi pasta, it was bomb. I don't have a vitamix so I used my immersion blender - it worked perfectly actually! I was afraid it wasn't going to get it really smooth, & hey babyyy I did! Will try this again for sure with different seasonings & cheeses✌️
I made this with carrots -- was too lazy to heat up the oven, so boiled the carrots, sauteed the onion.. and followed the recipe exactly as this ^ came out soo delicious! Husband wants me to make this every week.. MIL asked for recipe.. and I myself like it with some Frank's hot sauce. Now, if only I can get my pre schooler to also eat this, I'll win at cooking!
Oh, I am such a huge ketchup fan and I am known for dumping a ridiculous amount of it on Mac & cheese! 😬 sriracha is great too.. And now I’m hungry for a double sauced bowl of Mac & cheese!
Yeah I hear you. I reuse it when I'm baking dry things like cookies, but it's pretty much toast after a juicy squash sesh. You can get those silicone ones, I don't have any though! 😂
