An average Monday in the scp foundation is 682 escaping. Friday can only be described as “ look at this picture I took of this skinny guy. What is that noise.”
Or alternatively "look at this picture I took of a snowy landscape back home several months ago. Hang on, that's some oddly coloured snow, never noticed that before... What is that noise?"
The Magnus Archives... its like of the SCP Foundation, but the monstrosities are keeping US under lock, key, and magnifying glass.

Wait Sherman actually answered you yesterday he went to go answer mine then Karl started crying
so.. i checked the wiki and apparently everyone outside the building is fine. the check points are still there, the parking lot too, but the building is just gone. all thats left is the empty cave and scp-6320. apparently someone showed up for work one day, saw everything was gone and called alpha-4 dispatch for help because that was the only number they had clearance to call. 😂😅

The scp in question that causes it is also on the scp wiki written by the same author it provide context for the outside when the containment breach happened
I kinda wanna figure out when it was written in context of the episode release schedule so I experience it in the same order fans did when it came out.

SCP-6320 is an extradimensional rift in a stone wall at the bottom of a disused copper mine in ██████, Nevada. Appearing in the shape of a mineral deposit vein, the anomaly has been described as resembling a "tear into outer space," with the interior even exhibiting a parallax effect. However, SCP-6320's behavior as a flat surface suggests this apparent depth is a visual illusion.
Any loose particulate matter (such as dirt, crumbs, dust, etc) or freestanding liquids left within a 16 meter radius of SCP-6320 gradually rearrange into a copy of SCP-6320's shape before disappearing completely. Additionally, any object or creature that comes into direct physical contact with SCP-6320 immediately disappears as well. Recording equipment that has vanished after touching the anomaly produces no footage.

the riot happened on day 7, and the wall blasting before that, so something tells me wherever 6320 sent the site its having a direct effect on their mental state in some way
not necessarily. context is important for these things. this site is entirely below ground and stores a single, previously thought to be practically harmless, scp. now it is trapped in another dimension, with limited food, air, water, and electricity, no way to contact the outside world, and the one anomaly, which was thought to be pretty much harmless, is responsible and could do something else at any time with no warning. the people of this site are not prepared for this, they're probably some of the softest the foundation has since this place doesn't need the kinds of people capable of handling this kind of situation. panic is to be expected, especially when large swaths of your colleagues are dead, including the site director, and there is a timer counting down until there are no resources left to keep you alive. now, I'm not saying there isn't a mental state altering effect, I have watched this series in it's entirety and I don't want to spoil if there is or isn't, I just want to clarify that this isn't only justifiable by anomalous intervention.
