I see someone doesn't like these old vids, well not sure why! I am absolutely loving these, everyone so far has been a fantastic journey back in time to a slower, more gentle almost, time. All I can say is thanks so much for sharing Scott and a very Merry Christmas from my neck of the woods.
For a field to table cooking show, I think its great to see videos like this. One, because it shows where the food is coming from and two, because it provides some look into how life has changed even the last few decades. Bravo Scott. Thanks for sharing.
I have watched this numerous times and enjoy it more and more. A days rough shoot is the best. A rough shoot here includes woodcock, 2 kinds of grouse and snow shoe hares. Love your channel. from Canada.
Great video. Good editing. You lot wear funny hats but obviously know what you are doing. That little springer is the hardest woking dog of the bunch. I laughed when she took the bird away from the lab.
downright inspiring! I can only think this is what it must've been like for my pa before I was born and the world went modern. What a shame.. I'm nothin but inspired. It brings cooking to another level for me.
Anyone know of any place or person that would take me out pigeon shooting in the north east or surrounding area. Baring in mind i dont own my own shotgun. Interesting video scott. Loving the channel. Ill be trying out youre deboned chicken rolled with sage and onion for boxing day dinner :D
at it again ....Jesus....these movies truly do suck. Scott, I gotta tell ya, you have an awesome channel and you are wicked talented. stick to what is making you famous....please.

Thanks so much for sharing these. Brilliant viewing.
I loved this . The outdoors , the dogs , getting some birds , the vagaries of game movement , the nice cool weather .....
Rough shooting love it and it’s all I do in The West of Ireland, for woodcock mostly.

Great video, my type of day shooting. Much better than the cheesy twaddle from the likes of Fieldsports Britain
