i think i have derealization...

Hello anyone reading this,
So I actually made this video a while ago (like 2017) but never posted it. I have learned a lot more about this topic and have further self-diagnosed myself in a sense... or am more confident in my speculation. I think I'm facing more derealization symptoms than depersonalization (though I say 'depersonalization' a lot throughout the video). I've yet to go to a psychologist about this but am planning on it soon!

I and a friend were discussing this the other day; didn’t know what to call it
- De-realization is real
She and I are both 45 years old
I did Not think this was affecting the younger generations
