We almost put a deposit down on a Jayco as our first van, the reason we bought elsewhere was because we had options for the interior design and we picked light and bright colours. Good job on your reno!
Yea I get that! I feel Jayco definitely need to be abit more adventurous with allowing different colour schemes as we all have different tastes right 😁
We replaced our splash back with white laminex looks fantastic it was a smoky blue grey stuff looked really bad Well done on your splash back the white does brighten up the kitchen i like the door
Hi Leah & TJ love your channel We would love to head over to WA but I have bulging discs in my back so I can’t do corrigation or rough bumpy roads So I’m Just wondering if “most” of the places that are great to see & to camp at, are on sealed roads (Sandy would be fine for me if I take it really slow too) Or is WA really ruggered & rough no matter what? Thx heaps Deb 🌻😉
No there's only a few spots. Pretty much all the spots down south are absolutely fine, the only spots I would steer clear off are some of the beach camps or 14 Mile, Sandy Cape, Lucky Bay Campground. We like to keep up to date with Wikicamps and see what people say the roads are like as they change all the time ❤️ But you'll be able to go to all the beach camps up at Exmouths, Osprey, Oyster Stacks for example and just go the Exmouth route, not the Yardie Creek way 🤗 All in all there's still plenty to see ❤️🤩
We just laid a new floating floor in ours, and it looks fantastic, are looking at window coverings, hence asking re blind on the door, l too hate curtains, or the ones we have anyway.
Oh really, the first ones I got from temu were different and they wouldn't have lasted, they were quite thick and didn't really work, the ones we went with from tic tac tiles seem to be doing the trick. Not a permanent solution but definitely has brightened up the space 🙌
@@fivedownunder yeah I got mine from k mart they worked perfectly in out Jayco Journey I have the same splash back as you in our All terrain and they just wouldn’t stick 😭 My nxt job was contact as you tried on your walls as I’m not a fan of the dark walls but after your video looks like that’s not gunna work either lol Love love love the black taps 😍
Well we now know you two like screwing together standing up in a doorway Concertina-ing🤪🤪 hahaha seriously tho great tips and revamping 👍 very informative and helpful , thinking the new shower hardware will be for us 😃😃 Thanks 🙏 🖐🏿go the five 🖐🏿
Hahahaha nothing like screwing in a doorway 😂😉 Yea we love our new shower, we've linked the one we used below which was good because it was extendable so we knew it would fit. Love ya work Paul 🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️
Yea we are loving the change! It's crazy how just changing the colour of tapware can be such a difference. The adapter is for our Kangen Water Ionizer which gives us the best alkaline water 🙌😁
very Kool looks great the new styling we pinched that idea off you guys as well put internal door locks on great idea jus incase stay Kool an go the blues
Everything in the video is linked below in the description 🙌😄

Yes paint all my bench tops an then I recovered all my seating and bed head . For $1000 what a difference.
Yea that's a great budget project! I can imagine that would have made such a difference 💥
Came across your channel, just watched this Ep & we enjoyed it, will need to go back and & check out your previous Ep’s, cheers Rob & Alana
Thankyou guys! Welcome to the family 🫶😀
in bunnings you can buy paint that you can paint over laminate then you can paint whatever color you like
That's good to know. Wonder how we'd do it with living in the van though with the fumes... Hmmmm tricky haha 😂

Oh wow that's awesome to hear about your floor! Yep curtains are definitely not our style either 😁
@@fivedownunder thank you
I know where u going but guys ,press stud on your side ,well done looks great😎
Thanks Richard 😁
Hello my favs, keep on keeping on.
Thankyou Stuart 😁 Love for support mate 🤙
Take the kids to spotlight and let them choose the dye for the curtains
Great idea 🙌😀
We don't have curtains anywhere in the van, but I'd like to know where you got the clips to hold the blind down, cheers 👍
They actually came with the blind when we purchased them, sorry 🤙
@@fivedownunder thanks for that, good excuse to have a walk through bunnings,👍
Well done guys I love the tiles I tried to do the tiles on our Jayco but unfortunately they wouldn’t stick 😢

Hi try painting the dark colour.
We've read that painting laminate is not a great idea 😞
I would love to change over tap ware to black, whats the adapter you have on the kitchen sink tap?
Yea we are loving the change! It's crazy how just changing the colour of tapware can be such a difference.
The adapter is for our Kangen Water Ionizer which gives us the best alkaline water 🙌😁
@@fivedownunder Oh cool, I heard there might be a drop extension given the height of the tap...:)
I am with you...hate curtains and luv the tiles! Advice... do not paint , you will regret it.
Haha yep.. curtains are not it for us lol! Yes we have heard to not paint! Atleast we can pull off the tiles if we ever want to 😁
Wall paper/ contact perhaps?
Use a hair dryer and warm up the glue first
Great idea! 🙌
very Kool looks great the new styling we pinched that idea off you guys as well put internal door locks on great idea jus incase stay Kool an go the blues
Love this, thats amazing! We'll beat ya next time 😉
Looks like it will be Six Down Under soon
I took this comment in the wrong way at the start hahaha 😂😂 definitely no number 6, with or without the door hahaha!
You both look like you have lost weight, looking good. guys.
Thankyou John 🙌😀
