Grrat Breakdown! I'm just getting into these automations. I'm interested in learning about how the business aspect of this AI automation market is currently set up. To me from a quick RUclips search it doesnt seem saturated if I'm basing it off of youtube video in the space that are done well. I think there's definetly a market if you KNOW how to market this. I think its more so about promising the dream then all the technical things for most ppl. I'm excited to keep learning about this more from a smaller creator like yourself. 🙌🏾.
Definitely easier if you're earlier, however there are a lot more niches and specializations for AAA compared to SEO agencies. Overall a lot more money for AAAs than SEO Agencies as well
Hi I just listen to you for the first time I'm a retired business owner I serviced restaurants chains,hotels, law firms, movie studios, NBA facilities, and the automotive industry. I would like to reinvent myself and offer some of these AI services as an AI an agency to a number of clients I've serviced in the past. What would be your suggestion as to getting started right away.
I'd start with your network and see who needs help with automation. You clearly already have the business know-how to start, you just need something to sell them. Start by polling your existing network and see what solutions they would be interested in (web chatbots, voice agents, etc.). Then I would start by doing one or two free jobs, get some results and get comfortable with building and delivering the service. Then from there feel free to sell away armed with case studies and everything you learned along the way!
