In this cozy morning coffee chat, I share one of my favorite books to start my day, The Daily Stotic: 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance, and the Art of Living by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman. Today, January 8th message especially resonated with me-how harmless indulgances can become full-blown addictions. This also tied into today’s BYou are a Badass calendar reading of hoeing out bad habits. It’s so easy for us to get sucked i to things that arent serving us. I swatched some of my favorite Daniel Smoth watercolors and the sample cards I’ve tried.
