You can get massive Gypsy Creams and massive French Fancies and some other things but those two mainly from the from front counter of many of the shops we used to call newsagents.
My brother and self have a life long (35yr) contest, to find the cheapest and best biscuits. The results have been dubious at times ( making ones own etc) . However, 36p bourbon creams were great at Asda for a while . Variety pack ( nice, malts, custard, bourbon creams) from Aldi 95p tip top. Jammie dodgers 45p Aldi superb. However, the Club chocolate orange is still the business, under a quid is a steal . Aberfeldy digestive ,times 2 , with melted chocolate in the middle 😊 . Pink panthers are another cheap one for the weans 35p Asda. Finally, a contentious offer, fig rolls 10 for 65 p keystore...
Deans shortbread have the moves for me.. walker's are linked with Glenfiddich- mass produced.. watch still game - 'sky park' have the still game wrapper debate 😂😂😂
Update , Aberfeldy digestives 49p 300g , Mac morags ( Scottish) chocolate spread 500g for 2.99p , dodged the tax shite and the spread apparently covers 3kg of Aberfeldy digestives , with is approx 0.130 per chocolate Scottish biscuit , never mind the math and once you've tried it , you won't be giving a fuck about percentages , and if you include Scottish raspberry ( frozen type cheaper) stack the digestive and chocolate then raspberry and a dash of double cream 99p , fucking heaven for next to nothing for months lol...
The fridge is plenty for chocolate, the freezer is mental. Although, something like a malteser is OK in the freezer, anything biscuity won't break your teeth.
Virgin Business Banking up Glasgow town has packets of Border Multipack Biscuits defo worth a raid and try a tunnocks tea cake frozen amazing tho the Da wouldn't be pleased
Never had a Gipsy Cream, but by the looks of them they're similar to a Fox's Crunch Cream, which are banging. Hard as fuck though, need a soak in the cup or you'll hurt your mouth.
