This is the requested transcription I've done of the Grover Washington Jr. song "Let it Flow". This is from his 1980 album "Winelight". The bass player on this track was Marcus Miller.

*Drop D Tuning - Tune the E string down to D*
I liked the feel on this one. Kind of a "Café Del Mar" vibe.
A few tips to help you get this one (I hope) are to really stay on top of the beat. Don't lay back on this one. I also found that in the main lick, use your first finger for the C to D. I was using fingers 1 and 4 but I found there was a little extra noise and I got a more consistent sound using my first finger. In the slap section alternate between a slap and a pluck in that order. The high C should end on a slap. You'll see what I mean ;)
