On a par with The Range this year. Lots of USA style baubles. Back to how Homebase used to do Christmas when it was owned by Sainsbury's (I am a former employee) I still have my Kensington tree bought in 1999 and it still looks great TFS
100%. I used to love setting up the Christmas…. A very long time ago. Sainsbury’s Homebase was the best - especially the discount 👍 but maybe not the bogey green uniform 🤣 I was glad when I became a trainee and got to wear dark green 👍
We’ve several Homebase purchases over the years .. including our Christmas tree plus a couple of reindeer and the ratten one who we got 2 years ago Our local store is less than 10 minutes from me so I am sure I’ll be viewing lots over the next few weeks and I’ll end up buying something I’m sure - fancy new silhouettes so I can swap things round a bit
Let’s be honest you can cherry pick what you want this Christmas and where you purchase it. Given a great insight to what is about. I have enjoyed every one of them. Surprised this is Homebase…wow. TY for sharing Kirsty xx
Thanks Kirsty. They have some different decorations and we’ll set out some of the others you’ve featured make me feel a little overwhelmed /claustrophobic with items crammed together .
Definitely visiting Homebase now, I always forget about Homebase because I no longer have a local shop, the closest one to where I live is a 45 minute drive away 🤷♀️, but ill definitely be making the effort to see what they have there 😊 fab video x
we cut out the high street stores and go to a well known wholesaler on the Wirral where you can find everything you need for the festive season at good prices.
Wow! That’s the best dressed 🎄 Homebase I have ever seen! Where is that store please? It looks so much smarter than most, and mine, amazing 🤩 Thanks for sharing it with us 🎄😊
This is the Loudwater store in Buckinghamshire . They have the nicest staff here. It’s an ex Texas store. I came here 25 years ago to help when Sainsbury’s bought it .
Didn't really see anything that caught my eye, except maybe the rectangular cushions with the ice skaters on them or rather someone building a snow man and the snowball fight
I bought a trele half price from there and used it first time last year- possibly on your recommendation. Its the best tree we have ever had. Wreaths etc are usually half price well before Christmas.
To be honest. I find most of this red stuff very tacky. It doesn't represent Christmas to me. Where are the natural wreaths, pine cones, reindeer, stars, where is the greenery? It's all not do cheap garish tack.
@@kirstygriffiths749 hi no worries thank you, I’ve trawled the website but can’t find them so will have to pay a visit to my local store and hope they have 😊
From here ? I would firstly leave it until they have the biggest discounts. The real look tree was my favourite. Best tree so far was the B&q pre lit - looks very much like the WC one
I really think it's over price d home Baseand some of them things you put on the tree the different coloured ones are not nice to tacky will not be going there
Thank you 🙏 we love Christmas so much appreciated ❤

Another fab Christmas selection Kirsty 🎉

So pleased you’ve enjoyed them. Lots more to come.
I love the Christmas Gnomes, they are gorgeous. Thank you for the tour
Glad you enjoyed it 🎄👍
I like the gorgeous store that they have lot’s of Christmas decorations at home base in United Kingdom 🇬🇧. 🎄 🎅 ⛄️
Was at the local home base today. Bought a lovely tree skirt, and had a laugh at the animated Halloween display.
The vibrating wicked witch ? 🤣
That's the one

Yes 🙌🏻 very well spaced out. I think it’s because soon they will have real Christmas trees coming through on trolleys. Very impressed.

Glad this was helpful 👍 I’m lucky to have this store just round the corner
Loved this! Miss my local one in Wakefield, West Yorkshire which sadly shut.
Oh no 😟
I shall be going to my local homebase and I really loved the 🎵 🎶 x
Thanks 🙏 Happy Shopping. Let us know what you get 👍

@@Garylyon1971 hi it’s called Inspirations in Bromborough on the Wirral
Hope this helps 👍🏻
@@TheSpaniel1 it does thankyou. I was planning on going there next week as it happens. Now I know I’m glad I’m going…..
Huge amount of stuff for Christmas. I'm gonna need a bigger house.

I’m interested in what this years Christmas trends/themes are. I’ve started to have a mooch so this is useful to see. Thanks
Glad it was helpful. I’ve got some crackers coming this week 👍🎄

Plenty more reviews of other Christmas collections on my channel - All very different

Yes ! I think I got it for about £40! Bargain

The hanging lanterns do you know the price ?
Not sure 🤔 quite a few bits were not priced. I think everything is listed on the website.

I like the look of those too

5 times the amount of ‘tacky’ as you call it at Harrods & John Lewis.
Far too much!!
I’d advise you don’t go to the Range 🥴
Homebase shut down years ago
@@brendarooney2129 it’s changed ownership many times but it still has 145 stores ?
