The game they were playing is Mahjong. Original 4-person version. Basically, the scoring in the game relies on collecting tiles to create sequences of certain kinds (kind of like Poker). Interesting detail someone explained, Hanami was being crushed by Hanami via infinity. Like basically the part of Hanami that was in the infinity could only move so fast as the rest of him was being pushed into it. resulting in a pancake. Hanami was exerting pressure on itself, because it was acting like infinite distance. Hanami's body was catching up to itself faster than it could handle. The effect was, basically, a wall hitting him because of this.
Can u explain again bro how did hanami die like he told that when you use domain amplification I just have to increase the cursed energy to my technique and and how infinity killed hanami I still cant understand infinity properly
season 1 shows us the God side of Gojo, and season 2 shows us the human side of Gojo. Despite all the power Gojo has, he would not allow himself to kill even one innocent people.
I actually like that Gojo is sealed because now there's more at stake in future battles. Gojo is way too powerful to really feel the heaviness whenever there's a strong enemy because you just know that Gojo will handle it.
This episode was mental the way Gojo killed Hanami the way he climbed into that train it was amazing the fight with Jogi and Hanami wasn't a cool fight it was a mini horror movie with Gojo as the monster plus the how he opened infinite void and killed one thousand transfigured Humans in 2.99 seconds was crazy and also seeing Gojo shout as in yell loose his temper was wild bizarre crazy and unexpected
carlie is absolutely right about time inside the prison realm! we don't get a specific example of how it changes, but it's explained that people trapped inside basically can't perceive the passage of time. so years could feel like minutes, or a minute could feel like a year. having the six eyes could be a blessing or a curse in that respect, since time already passes very differently in gojo's mind (and seems to "pass" much more literally, based on how the body snatcher was able to use it against him for the prison realm)
Honestly I felt terrible for gojo in the last episode and this one..The amount of people he saw dying in front of his eyes and he couldn’t save them..Then Geto?! (I don’t read manga so plz don’t spoil me in replies ty😅😊)
1000 curses in 299 seconds is mental when you think about the circumstances. Cant use techniques cause of the civilians, so he simply runs and snatches the tranfigured humans heads, who are also mixed in with the civilians.
Okay but the fact that they successfully seal Gojo only means that Yuji and the rest of the gang must deal with the enemies themselves....it'll be such a hard task but I really hope they win even w/o Gojo around. 🙏🙏
I still can't believe that Gojo got sealed! Before, I was so confident that the enemies' plan to seal Gojo will fail since he's the strongest but I was absolutely mistaken. WOW. Were's still in the early episodes in Shibuya arc and with Gojo gone this early, I'm really scared on what's gonna happen next...
They didn't explained it that well on the episode, but they way the seal activation works is that it either needs to pass an actual minute or a minute on the targets mind. By seeing geto, and remembering all their years together, way more than a minute passed in his mind and instantly activated the prison realm.
@lengors7327 its both, the six eyes do grant gojo faster processing (so a min for him would be faster) but also the appearance of someone who had geto's body and energy, which were also registered by the eyes, that made him remember his 3 years with him. That last part is explicitly called out in the manga (from what I remember)
So now you understood why Geto was like this! Because he's dead since Jujutsu Kaisen 0. It's not him in season 1 and 2 (except for the 5 first episodes), but something or someone using his body. And this thing/person knew Suguru was Satoru's only weakness. Because even hundred of transfigured humans didn't make him emotional. But Suguru was the person he loved the most in the world. Even 10 years after... So, the sorcerer's plan was in fact the only way to get him. If Satoru got rid of Suguru's body, this would never have happened, but he couldn't, so... Damn the relationship bewteen these two is so tragic and sad, and beautiful.
The game PseudoGeto and the curses are playing is Mahjong. The hand that PG reveals translates to “Thirteen Orphans,” and is (from what I understand) the ultimate hand in mahjong. It’s like “Shooting the Moon” in Hearts or a royal flush in poker - exceedingly risky to go for but will beat any other hand.
Further, in mahjong, you typically reveal sets (pairs, triplets, or straights) of tiles over the course of the game and the first person to go “out” wins the round. Revealing your entire hand at once limits your options but also scores more points. So Jogo, Hanami, and Mahito are playing “conventionally,” while Pseudo-Geto is playing the long game, carefully assembling the hand he knows will win.
The way Geto has always been Gojo's one weakness... also the fact that he couldn't bring himself to dissect or cremate Geto's body. Maybe he wanted to bury his friend :(
I am not only sad that gojo got sealed but I also got spoiled out of nowhere in my shorts 😭. And then I got too curious and got a bunch of other spoilers 💀. You might avoid the comments right now but you must really watch out what you have subscribed (like manga chapter reactor's) and what you are watching. It is tough to avoid it because the jjk fandom including me are going crazy.
Nanami? That was Mechamaru speaking with the same voice he's always had haha. That was the whole big cliffhanger reveal! He seems to be alive somehow! Also the curses didn't need to keep him at the station for a minute, they needed him to stay near the prison realm box for a minute after it was opened. "Geto" showing up made Gojo stagger and panic for just long enough for the realm to get him.
you guys might not remember but prison realm was mentioned in season 1, it was the reason why jogo went to fight gojo in the first place. geto said the two conditions they need to win is to render gojo incapable of fighting and to get sukuna on their side. jogo wanted to add prison realm to his collection cus he thought he could just kill gojo.
I wonder if the brain thing was a cursed spirit was in Geto's collection that got free when he died. Toji made it a point in their fight that he didn't want to kill Geto because it would unleash all those spirits.
its not the brain name sis kenjaku and hes someone from the golden age of jujutsu that can manipulate gravity and is friends with sukuna hes 1000 years old
I feel like that 299 seconds is a mistranslation because he killed all 1,000 transfigured humans during the period when his domain was active, and it says he only activated his domain for 2 tenths of a second because that was all the regular humans could handle without permanent damage. It wouldn't make sense then, that it took him around 5 minutes to finish because that would have killed everyone around him, but it WOULD make sense if it was meant to say ".299 seconds" meaning he pushed the time he set to the absolute limit and came in just under 3 tenths of a second, which makes the feat even more impressive.
Geto's main motive was to save all jujutsu sorcerers by eliminating non sorcerer(monkeys) so that there are no more curses in the world( curses are basically formed because of negative curse energy leaking through humans who can't control it) All geto(parasite) wants is pure chaos unleash curses upon the world even if it kills sorcerer . My man geto was bad but he did all that so he can save jujutsu sorcerers( since he saw his friends dying by the hand of curses)
I think it's crazy to think back in JJK 0 Gojo actually did kill Geto and didn't spare him just because he was his best friend way back when, like all anime watchers, including me, thought up to this point.
We have 15 more episodes of this arc and Gojo has been sealed already. And you can see the amount of casualties. The rest of the episodes will break you down to atoms.
Basically what happened with Suguru's body is that all sorcerer corpses have to be created but Satoru didn't want that so he never handed the body over. Presumably he buried him instead
If you looked carefully, you’ll notice fake geto waving at gojo with his left hand even though Geto is right-handed. That’s because Geto’s right hand is trying to push down his left hand, because his mind is still in there somewhere 😢 (if you don't believe me, go read chapter 91)

But I have no clue how/what happened in the manga to show the precise way he got a hold of the body- if it ever did- I'm only theorizing and coping with the situation myself this way
Well it’s not that Gojo didn’t hand over Geto’s body to Shoko because he didn’t wanna make her go trough that but rather he just didn’t dispose of Geto’s body in general due to his own attachment to him.

media is crazy bro
The parasite makes a lot more sense.
I was really confused why Geto (whos main goal was to destroy all curses ) was now teaming up to help curses take over the world (I dont know their actual goal).
The fake Geto said "see you in the new world"so its self explanatory. And the curses stated that they want to replace humans although fake Geto has a different plan of a new world which i will not explain bc its spoiler
@@TheJonkler1it was already implied in season 1 (couldn't remember well but I think after they beat Mahito's sorry ahh) that they wanna reawaken Sukuna and bring about the world of curses
Must say, I think this is probably my favourite OP of all JJK, and your version of it is fantastic too, Ange.
Also, this episode was intense!
The effect was, basically, a wall hitting him because of this.
hanami crushed by hanami 😂
But why didn't the wall behind him broke? Like is Hanami's durability that bad
@@brokenamvs9707lol they're in a subway station, it's solid earth behind that wall.
@@crowcrowcrowcrowcrowcrowcrowow good point
Can u explain again bro how did hanami die like he told that when you use domain amplification I just have to increase the cursed energy to my technique and and how infinity killed hanami I still cant understand infinity properly
season 1 shows us the God side of Gojo, and season 2 shows us the human side of Gojo.
Despite all the power Gojo has, he would not allow himself to kill even one innocent people.
And the prequel arc shows the cursed side of Gojo, I guess
I love the sound effects edited here 😂😂
the can't touch this music and the fast af boi edits were too good 😂😂
I actually like that Gojo is sealed because now there's more at stake in future battles. Gojo is way too powerful to really feel the heaviness whenever there's a strong enemy because you just know that Gojo will handle it.
You are one of my favourite reactors for sure love to see you two react.
❤❤❤
This episode was mental the way Gojo killed Hanami the way he climbed into that train it was amazing the fight with Jogi and Hanami wasn't a cool fight it was a mini horror movie with Gojo as the monster plus the how he opened infinite void and killed one thousand transfigured Humans in 2.99 seconds was crazy and also seeing Gojo shout as in yell loose his temper was wild bizarre crazy and unexpected
gojo killed the 1000 transfigured humans in 5 minutes.
he didnt kill them in 2.99 sec he did in 5 minutes
carlie is absolutely right about time inside the prison realm! we don't get a specific example of how it changes, but it's explained that people trapped inside basically can't perceive the passage of time. so years could feel like minutes, or a minute could feel like a year. having the six eyes could be a blessing or a curse in that respect, since time already passes very differently in gojo's mind (and seems to "pass" much more literally, based on how the body snatcher was able to use it against him for the prison realm)
Honestly I felt terrible for gojo in the last episode and this one..The amount of people he saw dying in front of his eyes and he couldn’t save them..Then Geto?! (I don’t read manga so plz don’t spoil me in replies ty😅😊)
Just don't leave comments right now. Honestly. Or make another account to do so. People are going crazy right now. Be careful out there lol
Its actually kenjaku (A jujutsu sorcerer who can enter the bodies of others) so its not geto anymore
Delete this comment as soon as you can and dont open the comment section on jujutsu kaisen videos until season 2 is over.

Hey, it’s not called the Shibuya Incident for nothing
@@tajaemartin2251 Nobody mentioned that part of the manga dude, so just delete your spoiler in case anime only fans see it.
My glorious king Yuta 💯🙏
They didn't explained it that well on the episode, but they way the seal activation works is that it either needs to pass an actual minute or a minute on the targets mind. By seeing geto, and remembering all their years together, way more than a minute passed in his mind and instantly activated the prison realm.
@lengors7327 its both, the six eyes do grant gojo faster processing (so a min for him would be faster) but also the appearance of someone who had geto's body and energy, which were also registered by the eyes, that made him remember his 3 years with him. That last part is explicitly called out in the manga (from what I remember)
I love that Ange said Gojo had the zoomies when he was going psycho mode on the curses. 😅😆
Love that second of 'can't touch this' playing amongst the seriousness 😂
Yuta will appear when you'll least expect him! That's the genius of this show. Can't wait for it to be animated😁
You mean in season 3 ?? 😭
It was Mechamaru in Yujis ear at the end of the episode, he may have died but somehow he can still communicate.
I suppose one could say, that thing has been living inside of Geto's head rent-free, eh?
You can see the prison realm in tears after gojo was reminiscing his past :')
I have to watch the episode again, i didn’t notice that 😮
You almost got me... Prison Realm was already bleeding blood from the eye before the reminiscing happened 🥲
@@TheMaria232 yo are right

4:23 lights out!!! Your faces!
Come through OP cover! 👏
The table game Mahito & Co. were playing is called Mah-jong
Gojo buried Geto, he didn't left him there. Normally you destroy a Sorcerer body completely so that they don't come back as curse.
Starting Of Shibuya Incident(s) ❤
you guys might not remember but prison realm was mentioned in season 1, it was the reason why jogo went to fight gojo in the first place. geto said the two conditions they need to win is to render gojo incapable of fighting and to get sukuna on their side. jogo wanted to add prison realm to his collection cus he thought he could just kill gojo.
even with "6 eyes" gojo didn't see that coming 😂
I wonder if the brain thing was a cursed spirit was in Geto's collection that got free when he died. Toji made it a point in their fight that he didn't want to kill Geto because it would unleash all those spirits.
No man the real mystery of the brain of gheto will be revealed later in the series
U are wrong 😑
its not the brain name sis kenjaku and hes someone from the golden age of jujutsu that can manipulate gravity and is friends with sukuna hes 1000 years old
Reunion of Gojo and geto while jogo, mahito and choso are still getting mindf*cked in the background. Lol
It was mechamaru at the end that was speaking to Itadori
it was mechamaru who told them that gojo was sealed at the end
were gonna see him again after 4-3 years😂
And to think this is just the beginning of the shibuya arc, the rest is even crazier
Geto's main motive was to save all jujutsu sorcerers by eliminating non sorcerer(monkeys) so that there are no more curses in the world( curses are basically formed because of negative curse energy leaking through humans who can't control it)
All geto(parasite) wants is pure chaos unleash curses upon the world even if it kills sorcerer .
My man geto was bad but he did all that so he can save jujutsu sorcerers( since he saw his friends dying by the hand of curses)
I am not physically or mentally prepared for what may be coming

I think it's crazy to think back in JJK 0 Gojo actually did kill Geto and didn't spare him just because he was his best friend way back when, like all anime watchers, including me, thought up to this point.

We have 15 more episodes of this arc and Gojo has been sealed already. And you can see the amount of casualties. The rest of the episodes will break you down to atoms.
I dont think anime only watchers understand how many ppl dislike Gojo the person..... (Rightfully)
And now hell will break loose 😭😭😭
It only gets crazier from here enjoy the ride fellas 😂
Basically what happened with Suguru's body is that all sorcerer corpses have to be created but Satoru didn't want that so he never handed the body over. Presumably he buried him instead
If you looked carefully, you’ll notice fake geto waving at gojo with his left hand even though Geto is right-handed. That’s because Geto’s right hand is trying to push down his left hand, because his mind is still in there somewhere 😢
(if you don't believe me, go read chapter 91)
