    I put a black paster as an aiming spot on one target and leave the other target blank. The goal is to shoot at the same spot on the blank target. The grouping should be very close on both targets. I also put the black paster in different parts of the target (not always in the center of the A zone) and my dot is occluded to force me to shoot spot focused not just target focused. Again the grouping should be similar on each target. When shooting an occluded dot you must use your weak side eye to see (focus on) the spot and let the dot cover the spot naturally using the strong side eye. This keeps you from focusing on or watching the dot. Focus on the spot instead, the dot will be on it. See the spot "not the dot". If you keep focusing on the dot your grouping will open up to Alpha Charlie or Alpha Delta. Try it and really focus on the spot not the dot. I think you will see what I mean.
