Yeh mate totally agree with you, my Dad taught me that trick when I was a kiddo ☺ I crack the necks and then turn em upside down in a small hole in the sand before cleaning them at the surf! Thanks heaps for watching brother!

you should bleed the salmons as soon as they got landed to avoid their blood spread to the flesh.
