B Ed should not be mandatory requirement for 10+2 Lecturers* Attract top talent by prioritizing academic excellence in Simple PG and points of (NET/JRF/PhD) over B.Ed certification. Focus on quality education, not procedural compliance."
You are absolutely right and don't worry brother as per our authentic sources b.ed will not be made compulsory for next 4 years. Till date b.ed degree has been mostly pursued by those (90% students) students who did both pg and b.ed either private or distance. The most brilliant students have qualified net set and have either completed PhD or are pursuing PhD. That's y government wants a level playing field for those highly qualified talented, brilliant and hardworking students who have qualified net set jrf and PhD exams.
Jinke pass b.ed nai ha vo yaha par shor macha rahe ha ...let the govt decides whether b.ed will be compulsory or not ....jin logo na b.ed ki ha vo kya hath par hath rakh kar chup bathe ga....
U r ryt bro. But I personally know thousands of teachers who have b.ed but can't teach smartly. Similarly thousands of non-B.ed teachers are those who can teach much better than B.ed teachers. B.ed no matter is a professional degree but it doesn't give u wings to fly. You need to acquire those wings nd fly on ur own.
@artandpoetrymaster7777 That doesn't not mean fault lies with B. Ed...... It is their fault they are incapable.... Moreover, for checking worth... There is written exam
NEP 2020 suggests 4 year B.ed and don't consider 2 year b.ed for any recruitment at all....!!! Check this , "The New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 requires that by 2030, the minimum degree qualification for teaching will be a four-year integrated Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. The B.Ed. will be a dual-major degree, with a focus on education and a specialized subject. The program will include extensive practicum training, such as student-teaching at local schools".
4 years B.ed😂.....yet integrated B.ed +Med course have been started from before 1.5 years by Nep so no one has finished half yet....and you are talking about...soo cool guys Nep is definitely going to follow rules....and one more thing there are also candidates having Net Set phd with Bed....
What you think of a person is Net JRF with B.Ed and having 6 years of teaching experience....do you want to convey through your video that B.ed is not mandatory all over India... PhD is only for Assistant professor my dear brother B.ed students should be given points what do you think ...
@@sha98763What do you mean by pgt, are they not teaching 10+2 students this is just a nomenclature entitled to them all over India in higher secondary schools ..

Itz sheer arrogance and ignorance to compare Ph.D /NET/SET/JRF holders with mechanics. I think you haven't qualified any State or National level exam yet. Else you wouldn't have commented here likewise. For your kind information Candidates with NET/SET/JRF know teaching skills much better than B.ed holders.
@artandpoetrymaster7777 ,Dear bro,why r u talking out of context. U must understand my comment and reasons of commenting ,and I don't have negative intentions of which u are full of.Further I have seen low qualified candidates who have set great examples in teaching .so ur comment shows ur arrogance.

Most of the B.ed degree people have got their degress either from Private B.ed Colleges or from Distance Education, which means they have just degrees on paper, rarely having any special knowledge which the non-B.ed People don't have. Let these B.ed people first qualify national level exam (TET) then justify their degrees.

Only PG is mandatory for lecturer posts. NO weightage should be given to B ed.
An expert would be having NET/JRF not B. Ed. Lecture needs to be subject expert not a general teacher. So there is no need of B.ed

B.ed is timepass degree.
It should not be required for any degree
❤❤❤
BED should not be made compulsory
B.Ed is a waste of timepass. This degree and its institutes should be banned throughout India.
No BEd for +2
Rytly said❤❤❤
Dear Bed should not b compulsry fr lecturer reruitement, but Bed and Med degree holders should b given weightage like Mphil and Phd.
Offcourse
@shoaibwani796
Thanks
Bt unfortunately people r putting much more weight on Mphil and Phd than Bed and Med.
🎉🎉🎉🎉
U need both content + skill....... So mandatory
