started with my career din sa bpo call center after graduating college. it only lasted for 6 months. 16k ang starting pay ko, TS for Telco. i just dont find myself sa industry. i explained this to my TL, and was very supportive. i remember sabi nya “nandito lang ang BPO. handa kang tanggapin pag gusto mo bumalik.” she also said na bata pa ako and I should do by best to pursue the career i really wanted. Now, I am on a job na i excel and enjoy. It may not be their dream industry, yet they excelled and found value sa trabaho nila. This interview is both insightful and nostalgic for me hahaha. thank you sharing!

Working on Call center and BPO industry is a great place to start especially if you're aiming to work virtualy and later work from home. It does come with stress but with great benefits. Once you learn multitasking and time management, everything would be easy. The salary is decent, just dont be an impulsive spender.
To those working in the call center industry, Great job everyone!❤

I started in the BPO industry around 2004-2005. Tanda ko pa, tech account un, nasa 12K monthly + 3K for tech account. Since then, nakahandle na ako ng tech account, retail banking, telco, corp, b2b, email, chat. It's an experience, and the people you meet are wonderful, talagang from all walks of life

I used to be a call center agent, from 2007-2012, and mataas na nuon ang 18k/month. I've been working from home na since mid of 2012.
Think of the expenses: house/apartment rent, water bill, electricity bill, Internet bill, foods, miscellaneous, pamasahe to and from work (pang-gas if may auto sila), foods pa sa work...ano pa ba?
My God!!

When I started bpo they offered me 15k basic that was post pandemic, then I left after a year then the company offered me 20k basic wala pa mga night differential. And be confident to ask for a higher salary barya lang sa kanila yan lalo na kung pure calls yung ginagawa mo.
