I just used on a trip to Spain and France, and it was offering alternate routes, giving added duration in time and miles, when meeting heavy traffic through Paris
@@pauljackson4406 Sorry Paul. I thought you were replying to a different video. Yes absolutely, any vehicle where size or weight is critical then this satnav would be great
@@MikeM0XMX only thing putting me off is the update I don’t have a laptop. How up to date would it be would it need doing straight away. Thanks for the replies and help.
@@MikeM0XMX Ah, good. I've read reviews for a lot of the cheap Chinese Sat Navs that use the same software and a lot say the truck routing still sends them along roads with low bridges and low weight limits.
@@xbrito3368 If you pair it with your radio, you can't use the radio. You choose a clear channel, match that with the Sat Nav, and the voice comes through the car speakers.
AT LAST - Someone who can present a decent overview and annunciate it properly..without spending 80% of the time just opening a box - Well Done!!
Thanks for a great video. You answered all my questions and the one about it speaking directions appears to be answered in the comments as below.

Does it show current travelling speed on the display?

@@pauljackson4406 yeh. Tbh. That is the only downside to it. Updating if definitely a bit clunky and if you don't have a pc, impossible
Is it rubbish for trucks regarding high bridges and weight limits etc?
No. That is exactly what is good about it

I just noticed all the buttons are on the left side
Be careful it doesn't lead you down bus only routes, particularly in London and Manchester
Mine doesn't talk is this the same in all of them
Im sure it should. I think there is a setting in it to turn on and off anouncements
Hi there how loud is this unit for giving directions? Thanks
If you have the radio on, you won't hear it even on maximum volume. There is an option to pair with your radio which I have yet to try
