The coach is great. His drills and encouragement are really helping the players
just to think if Heaton hadn't gotten injured Pope might not've come this far, he took his opportunity now he's in the england set up. Released by Ipswich 10 years ago now playing in the Prem another one proving that players are slipping through the cracks of the academy system. Excited to see both Pickford and Pope develop over the years Butland's may have some contenders for the number 1. Also does anyone else feel Butland may need to leave Stoke to progress his career

Hart needs to be 1st choice he hasnt had the best time since he left city but he is still more experienced and more leveled than Butland Pickford and Pope
Yeah let's make Hart our no.1 when he don't even start for the club he's been loaned too. What did Hart's experience do us at the last tournament?
Fluxboy Hart is not level headed. Goes into big games pumped up shouting and swearing in the tunnel which lead to mistakes at the Euro's last time out. Butland is much more level headed, the lad is mature beyond his years.

Annoying how this shows that Pope has the safest hands but he also gets the least footage in the video
I like Butland but him and Joe look like absolute liabilities

I think they're all amazing. But have to agree that in the clips they showed us Pope's handling looked the best out of the 4. Butland looks like he has best natural starting position though which allows him excellent reaction to both high and low shots.

5:12 pickford did the same kind of save as the one on the volley vs colombia when he sprang and landed on his right foot then his left and went on the ground.
Love watching this stuff.. I played Keeper back in the days. The best place to admire a keeper during the game is right behind the goal post.. You'll feel the excitement and chills just being there and watching him/her Fly

I know a lot of people are hating on Hart. I do understand that he's no longer the best keeper. However he has the experience to pass on to the other Goalkeepers and has served our country well. We should appreciate what he has done rather than bash him.

Tappy Tappy appreciate him putting his time and effort for the country. Something that he did not have to do. It wasn't that England was bad. It was just that tactically Iceland were a better side.
We can't afford to carry a keeper because of past experience, the other keepers are not non league, they have enough experience. What experience exactly do you need? Stop the ball hitting the net. Simple as that. Nothing wrong with being appreciative but that doesnt mean he deserves a squad place.
by this logic we should give paul robinson a call up
Spencer Jarvis mate I hope you know that a goalkeepers job is a lot more complicated than just stopping the ball from hitting the net. And that’s not simple at all

The speed Pickford moves across his line and set is immense.
I swear with this keeper coach butland and Pickford will be some of the best keepers England/The world has seen. They have so much potential.

Joe normally looks the best in these but you can see how the last 2 seasons have taken their toll on him! Looking 5th best!

Goalkeeper training is much more intense than an outfield player's training. During a match, it's obviously very intense for outfield players than the goalkeeper.
