How to SAFELY Wash Your Car Without a Hose!

- After years of frustration, we finally found the best way to wash our cars SAFELY without the use of "free flowing water". In other words, a hose, pressure washer, foam canon, etc... AMMO Frothe is for those times when using a lubricant, such as water, is not available. If you have a hose, GREAT! Use it. Frothe can be used wet or dry. This product contains humectants that help retain moisture or "lube" to protect the paint during dry or "hoseless" wiping. Regulate the amount of Frothe and towels based on the level of dirt on the paint.

Just got mine in the mail today. I washed half my car in the garage. Unreal. Easy. Well made product. It foams JUST like you see it in the video with 1oz of product and 20oz of water. Key is pumping enough pressure in there. If anybody is wondering if they should pay the premium price when there are other waterless washes and pumps on the market, the answer is yes, I don't regret this purchase at all, and I have the less expensive options too. I also love the pressure relief wheel that allows me to depressurize it without having to take off the top. I thought the hydrate would be similar to ultraluster and the like, and while they share similarities, it is a very differently composed product. Love it. Larry is dangerous.....to my wallet.

Got a Frothe kit and it’s awesome. No swirls and took me about 15 mins to get the whole care done. Great product!

Really depends how dirty the car is but the first car, which was not so dirty, only 2 towels. the dirtier car was about 6. I fold the towels into 4 so essentially I had 8 sides to use before I threw it in the wash pile. Plus 1 towel to Hydrate the entire car.

MexicanSniperYT has to be AMMO Frothe. It doesn't require rinsing and has the Humectant that feels totally different.

Great video! I ordered this stuff when it first came out and have had a couple conversations with Larry as well. Larry is probably one of the nicest and most genuine guys out there. I purchased the FROTHe and aerator and used them today on my 911. I was really impressed with the results. I have purchased pretty much every detail spray and waterless wash, as my 911 doesn't see bad weather and is only used on weekends. This is a much better solution for us OCD car owners!

Got my FROTHe and the aerator in the mail the other day. I just wanted to check things out and see what's up. To be honest, I didn't expect much from the aerator, then I saw it was really well made and made in Italy! The FROTHe also worked as advertised, if not better. I purchased FROTHe and the aerator after recently moving into a new apartment. Blew my mind how well it worked, also used it on my push bikes as well. I would highly recommend it! Would be awesome to see AMMO on the shelves in Australia one day.

This is something I’ve been waiting for! The other waterless washes run too much and no matter what the company claims, I feel as if I’m scratching the paint; whether I do the roll method, or flip sides CONSTANTLY, it just doesn’t feel right. As soon as I saw this video I ordered up the kit. Thanks for the innovation, Larry!
Just to update. Got my shipment today and tested it on my hood and left fender. Works like a charm! I can feel all the lubrication underneath the microfiber towel and I don’t feel like I’m scratching the paint like when i use other waterless washes. The pump is super high quality and as stated, the one bottle will go a LONG way. I own a Mazda Miata so it should last me 35+ washes. I will be using this in the winter months when it is below freezing for sure.

Hi, I'm Larry Kosilla, I looked at all the hose less washes on the market and thought, "I can do better." So I did.
I'm sold. I can find other uses for my stash of ONR. Glad now that I didn't buy the gallon.

I'm not for one second saying that ONR is a bad product. Because its not by any means. It works very well and obviously has a place in the detailing world. But Im saying from a pure Waterless Wash standpoint, Frothe has superior lubrication. I will still be using ONR or similar products like CarPro's ECH2O as a Detail Spray, Clay Lubricant and similar tasks, like polish residue removal when I invariably Overwork M105.
Wolfgang's Uber Rinseless Wash has more lubricity than ONR, but ONR is still a good product, just not the best.
A truck driver at work asks me if I want a paint correction/full detail of the corvette I just bought? I say that I will be doing it all myself because I'm "VERY Meticulous" He says "like the guy with the Ammo Products on RUclips? Then we smiled and slapped hands, as I asked..... Seems perfect for those of us in apartments. The aerator would be great for those times when I want to do a wash at a self-serve place, but can't use a foam cannon because of their nozzle designs.

Thanks for all the tips over the years. I've always been sceptical of waterless washes, but considering your happy to use it on your new R8 (we know how anal about not scratching it you would be) it must be a good product.
When I first got my foam lance I asked all the neighbors if I could hook up and do a car out of sheer excitement.

This is the first AMMO product that I purchased and I am blown away! The issue that I was having is that I work on the coast and just about everyday after work I've got bird droppings all over the place. First I was using detailing sprays but everything seemed to have a wax or a shine agent in it and I just wanted a straight cleaner. Was getting tired of having to stop each night at the car wash so I decided to try AMMO Frothe and it worked like a charm. I'm now going to carry the sprayer with me in my car and use it as needed for those spot cleanings. Someone "JR" I believe signed the bottle and wrote "Thank You" on it. Nice touch. Thank you Larry!

I’m still sceptical, I would like to see a video of Frothe vs 2 bucket method after paint has been fully corrected to see if there are any swirls inflicted. Or Frothe vs a competitor. Good job again Larry, it’s the first waterless wash that doesn’t have me jumping to conclusions.
Completely agree, I want to see a polish light on black paint before and after this process.
I'm scared as well. Would love to see more video on swirls when using this product regularly and exclusively. I admit, my fears may be unfounded. How about I document my car after a year of nothing but frothe and if it gets bad swirls Larry comes to S Cal to fix. Video testimonial will be free

I've always stayed away from waterless wash because of exactly how you described in the video. Our U.K winters get the car filthy in no time so lubrication has been a concern.

Would this be a good substitute for a quick wash option for my daily driver? I like the method of bringing it to a self car wash with the Aerator and towels. That seems so much easier than the full bucket, mit, and hose method. It looks awesome!

Since water is gold in Sunny SoCal, I’m convinced in buying a set of these badboys especially living in an apartment complex with 3 cars. It does feel good to drive a clean car in and out. Thanks for this helpful video.
Here is my issue that I hope you will address. It looks like Frothe is doing a great job removing the dirt. But show us a in sunlight shot of the black car after use. I want to confirm it's not scratching the surface. that was my biggest problem with other waterless washed.
I would like to see that as well, black paint shows you the true pros and cons to any auto detailing product.

Another brilliant, no nonsense, no awful background techno music-playing video. However, is it absolutely necessary to use Hydrate afterwards? It seems like Frothe is doing pretty much all the work.
Frothe is focused only on the LIFT part and Hydrate adds the protection and shine. So technically no, but it makes sense to protect it afterwards. Thx again for watching!

When using on hydrophobic coatings, does the coating remain hydrophobic after it evaporates? Is it correct to use Frothe but not Hydrate on such a coating in order to maintain hydrophobic properties?
Got my Frothe and pump sprayer. Tried on my clean car to see how it worked. I mixed 6 capfuls wit 40 oz of water. Lots of foam, easy to apply and wipe down. It did eventually evaporate but left a dry film on my coated car. I had to go back over the car with details spray to wipe it all away as a dry, mf towel wasn’t helping. In my opinion that’s too much wiping on the paint. Normally with a 2 bucket wash, I can dry the entire with one, larger waffle weave MF towel.

Cleaning my truck without water scares me.
i decided to have my black mb “professionally” detailed today and was somewhat shocked to discover that the fella employed a “rinseless” technique nor did he rinse off dirt before applying cleaner...i was not happy since i only hand wash or “touchless” car wash and am very careful not to wipe before rinsing ...$300 later for wash, claybar and sealant, and
i regret it🤦♂️
Hmmm frothie looks good. Water used to be no problem to me from my previous residence that I can water hose my car all day but now living in an apartment, water access for car wash is not very accessible. More power to this product.
Great product and delivery method, while I love my waterless wash I don't like how I can't use it if the car is more than a little dirty but with this I feel it solves that problem! Love this, can't wait to try it!

Hats off to you Larry! Being a fellow detailer in the cold North East (Massachusetts) it can be a hassle to do maintenance washes on clients vehicles when it's 20deg outside. My garage is a tight squeeze for normal washing and I have used other rinseless/waterless methods with limited success. I will definitely be trying this combination soon! Thanks again
