This is a concept trailer of a project I've made back in late 2023 for my final project at VFS's Animation Concept Art program, a soon-to-be-webcomic titled "Where the Sword Leads." This series is made of five separate parts, pivoting around the story of nine soldier children who yearn to find their purpose in life.
The video was... obviously rushed, especially how the panels were drawn Xd Since the limitation of the video was 1 minute, I had to cut A LOT of content, change my editing, and shorten the video for all the key moments to be included without getting everything clogged too much. This was originally supposed to be a trailer to my story, but since my instructors told me that this would be better off as a showcase of my key moments from the story, I obliged and did so. I'd love to do a remaster of this video and release an actual trailer to my story without being limited by time lol.
SYNOPSIS:
Within a fantastical world, the vision of a Lost King indulges young soldiers, Kuvet & his companions, to abandon their status and seek for Him, while Yeulan & her followers, sent by the empire, pursue them for their defiance.
