Current pay out ratio me , agar income Jada hoge to dividend vi Jada denga but ager income Kam honge to dividend Kam denge?

It depends on payout ratio ki income ka kitna part aap retain kr rhe or kitna dividend me jyga ...
Say agr earning ₹10 hai and payout ratio 40% hai then ₹4 dividend hoga ₹6 retain hoga.... agr payout 60% krdiya gya then ₹6 dividend hojyga or ₹4 retain
So it depends on payout ratio. If you give 100% payout it means 10₹ directly give to shareholders as dividend. There is no retention money.
