As a sci fi, fantasy & horror fan. I absolutely love your collection. It’s great to see someone who collects movies because they love the genre or movie actor & not just for collectors value that they’ll flip months later. I’ve seen videos where the someone is showing off their collection & the items are still wrapped & they’ve no intention of watching the blu ray inside. There is a genuine love for what you collect, & probably like me only sell on to upgrade for a better edition. Thank you for showing us your amazing collection.
Absolutely love Hammer & Amicus studio films. My favorite as a kid and still love to this day is the 1967 "Quatermass and The Pit" seen on the shelf. Though I knew it as a kid and airing also in the early 2000's complete and uncut on American television as "Five Million Years To Earth" as the original Brit title as part of the Dr. Quatermass serials would be confusing to the Yankee masses.
What a fantastic collection you got Pete!! Thanks for showing us. You got me into horror movies, so I'm always grateful. I enjoy all kinds of movies, from the 30s to newer ones but horror and giallo are my favorites. I wish you had shown some of the action/drama/adventure movies in more detail, especially because we know less about your taste in these kinds of movies as they are not usually part of the monster's den.
An absolute unbelievable collection. What a tremendous series to actually see all the music and movies 🍿 behind you as you speak to us daily. Much enjoyed. Thanks. PETE 👍💯
Hello mister Pardo. I´m from Brazil and huge fan of your channel. What a fantastic, funny and good stuff. I love VOYAGE INTO SPACE, but I think that it has another title too..JOHNNY SOKKO AND HIS FLYING ROBOT. Here in Brazil when it came out has another brazilian portuguese title that was GIANT ROBOT. Cheers.
Pete, you have a lot of great movies and a nice Criterion Collection. You may know this already, but The Seventh Seal will be released on 4/18 from Criterion on 4K. Also, those Criterion Godzilla cases are a great idea.
Living as I do in Italy, it’s worth pointing out that Diabolik is as much of an icon here as Spider-Man is in the USA. Reading Diabolik was my way into learning Italian. Great to see your Jeremy Brett Holmes DVD. The definitive performance.
I don't have alot of horror films. I like when I do checking out the monster's den videos. Always a lot of fun of what I know and had seen stuff. I have a box of videos of some horror and compilations of movies, Some classic movies be it of comedies and stuff. I do have MASH. And have music DVDS Some tv shows too. So what a value to see what you love to day in and day out and present such fine entertaining videos to watch Thanks Pete.
Hopefully, when the movie and CD collection tour is finished, Pete will delight us with a tour of his guitar collection. I love this series - another winner from SoT! Thank you for the great content, Pete! 👍
Hi Pete, I've noticed you have a few DVDs left as you can't get them in the U.S on Blu Ray, do you not have an all regions player then you can buy them from wherever their available, also could you show us the Bu ray/tv and stereo equipment you use please.
You've got one incredible CD and movie collection Pete!. I've gotta ask does your wife tell you how much stuff do you need! My wife does haha! Great video Pete!
Very impressive collection, Pete. I’m not the biggest horror fan but some of these are very intriguing to me. Maybe I missed it but do you have the Abbott and Costello films too? They have a nice collection from Shout Factory, I believe.
@@LarryFleetwood8675 I have been going down the Giallo rabbit hole . Big Time . Especially, because a vid company like Arrow Has updated many on Blu Ray . The colors are vibrant and sooo trippy. Plus since cannabis is legal here in Boston, extra trippy.
@@VanlifeNoonan77 Same here, great movies of a time sadly long gone. Next logical rabbit hole for giallo fans; the eurocrime genre, many of the same actors and directors.
I caught a quick glimpse on Pete Pardo's shelf of the 2022 film "Watcher" that has a "Certified Fresh" logo from Rotten Tomatoes on its cover. I say usually those films are on the money for being accurate as far as being a quality film but this particular movie did not do it for me. Without giving out spoilers or specifics, basically for the entire movie nothing happened. The protagonist instigates all contact with her behavior early on in the film and her perilous situation near the end is her own doing. You actually may root for the villain, but let these vague phrases be a warning to those of you who may be schnickered into thinking this is a good movie. Not a "slow burn" at all but pure snoozeville. No one should mention the name Alfred Hitchcock when talking about this Watcher. An insult of the highest order.
Where is Mel Gibson’s “Passion of the Christ, “ which may be a Christian film, but is a true story, brilliantly executed, and horrifying. Although it is a Christian story, whether you believe it or not, why do you ignore it? What a terrible oversight seemingly based solely on religious prejudice.
Rear Window and North by Northwest are my favorite Hitch films, but in my opinion, nothing comes close to David Lynch, particularly the Twin Peaks universe!

Quite possibly, the most impressive physical media movie collection I have ever seen. 💿
Certainly of German Expressionism!
@Michael Maurer Then you haven’t seen many movie collections here on RUclips 😃
I'd say check out either Moodz616 or MrParka if you want to see what manic collecting truly is.
Thank you, Pete for showing more of your great movie collection.
I really enjoyed it.
All the damn time.

Talla was knocked out from that epic horror movie collection overload
Once again, in awe of the music/movie library. Thanks for continuing these, Pete.

Would love to see a Top 10 or 5 Guilty Pleasures movies and maybe a top 10 favorite non horror/sci-fi/fantasy movies

Fantastic, Peter love for universal and hammer horror comes through in his excitement when he mentions them
Nice collection Pete. Slightly disappointed your Hammers weren't in chronological order.
Very nice Hammer collection! The Lost Continent (1968) came out on blu-ray last year in Germany with a couple of extra minutes!

I gotta a huge WAR collection too. Movies, Documentaries. I even bought that bad Pearl Harbour (it was a D-Day Anniversary Edition) so why not.
Pete I'd love you to rank your top 25 or top 50 movies of all time like you did with your favorite albums. Please Please please
I have that Criterion Collection movie blow out with John Travolta Nancy Allen and John Lithgow what a killer movie looks great on Blu-ray
lots of great stuff here. love the compact cases for the godzilla collection

Haxan is excellent, but Faust is even better. Silent horror is fantastic, folks should give it a shot.

I’ve already shown every one of them. Check out the Pete’s Favorites playlist.
Where on earth do you find the time to watch all these movies and listen to all the music!!!!?
Time Management.
@@johnmagdaleno4643 His room is my idea of heaven.
Pete, you need to pick up the Sherlock (UK series) starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. Sensational stuff.
Your Hammer/Universal Horror and Vincent Price collections make me extremely jealous 😂
Fantastic!

I wish physical movies weren't being phased out :( love my blurays
Love your videos
Nice collection of classic movies I don't see any classic westerns?.....
I'm not the biggest Western fan, but I do have all/most of the Clint Eastwood westerns.
F yeah brother
I saw you have eraserhead what do you think about it? I watched it recently and thought it was pretty crazy but interesting
Do you have Fulci’s Massacre Time? Western from 1966. I think his second best movie behind Zombie.
Nope, haven't seen it. I'm not the biggest Western fan.
That Haxan movie looks positively evil. I wanna see it.
The "Avatar" franchise won't have this many sequels.
WC?!
Giallo is the Word
Giallo ranking shows sure would be cool to see also, I think.

Not much of a fan of Passion…no need to own it.
Yes.Great movie.
