I'm a student of Robert Vogel Jr. from the Wing-Chun Kung-Fu Association in Holland. I have been training there since 2007 at the age of 9. The school follows the WSL/Barry Lee line and focusses on strong fundamentals. It's quitte a traditional school in the sense that you get out of it what you put in. For quitte a long time I felt I was missing something in my undertanding of the system, until I researched everything I could find of Wong Shun Leung's teachings. The information I got helped me better understand the things taught in class and how to apply them in training and sparring. Most importantly it helped me understand the context for which Wing-Chun was designed. Video's like these that clearly explain underlying principles and strategies are very valuable and I hope many more will follow.

Just came across this channel. I trained with Barry Lee when he was based out of Sydney. That would have been early to mid 90s. I can really see the WSL lineage in your approach. Did you train with Barry at all?

Met Sihing Barry on several occasions, both in Sydney & in Hong Kong, but never had the pleasure of training with him.
