If this case would have a version with more raised sides it would be one of my favorites. Currently prefering the Benks Armor Pro for Aramid Cases
Hiya mate, just subbed, been waiting for someone like you to come along, im in the uk and you seem down to earth and 'normal" lol, i want this case, but i had a pitaka for my S22plus and the magnet is terrible, is this any better? Also the thinbone looks abit better, seen your review on the benks? Not so keen on the pro, and finally.....is the mous best for protection? Thanks mate
I have the black Pitaka but it easily gets oil like smudges at the back. I have to use a micro fiber cloth just to clean the chicken grease like smudges. I am guessing this only applies to the black one. Are you also seeing smudges as well with the Moonrise/Sunset? Thanks!
I've just purchased this case for the s24u. I really like the minimal look. Dunno if i would have wanted one that protects the whole sides either. Just have to wait and see
Wouldn't have? Or would? Is that a typo. If not I'm curious why? Also, how's it holding up for ya? I'm dubious that it's missing side protection. I don't care about screen breaks because I'm double insured. Samsung care but for free with my bank. Superficial frame damage and the likes is something irreparable, practically speaking. No one touched superficial damage in repair.
I like this one best, I think. I got the Spigen zero one, but it's just too big and rubbery. I like the phone without a case (but I have the ESR camera lenses!). I just can't find the blue moonrise color; just the orange one and the black. I'm returning the Spigen one, but will keep an eye out for the Moonrise Pitaka here.
(BFF was horrified that I showed up with no case, 🤣so I gotta slap something on here) Oh: _Verizon_ doesn't carry the Pitaka at all. Amazon has the orange and black only.
Love the colour but I just wish the sides are completely protected 😢
I get that I really do, we can only hope they make a Pro level case

That’s a lot of words, watch the first video I show it on a MagSafe Battery Pack, there was no point showing it on this one

The colours are my favourite part on this one
Does not cover the phone rims properly covers only half of it lol.
What a waste by failing to cover the sides. Unimpressive design decision.

@PaulRankinYT It doesn't matter, it's the same thing. You can't protect yourself from falling, the same "fiber" can be bought 10 times cheaper
@vlad-koshkin it's not lol. Plastic is more deformable which provides better impact protection like silicone but the high strength fiber cases sacrifice that for hardness meaning more penetrative and scratch resistance.
I've dropped plenty of silicone cases in the past and sometimes a hard impact can cut the case and leave some damage on the phone's frame from penetrating, so it's a trade off
Yeah probably not though anyway due to the lack of side protection lol. I'll give you that... and for that price too. Pretty although it is. Oh and sorry, I misread you a bit. Yeah you can get this kind of case material for cheaper.
@@confounded_feline Oh, calm down. With a good fall, neither Kevlar nor plastic will help you. If you take a case, then it's a full-fledged one, like a uag. pitaka is for beauty. But several times cheaper, you can take ordinary plastic, which will look 1 in 1, like pitaka, and use it calmly
