  • These two style chains have been increasingly popular over the years. The heavy link has been so popular that we decided to add a different variant with the Jacoje link. We get asked a lot about the difference. I wanted to make a video explaining the difference between the two. Both of these chains are great for what most people are looking for in a gold chain. Thanks for watching!

    I bought the Jacoje 4.3mm since 4mm heavy link was out of stock. I was a bit skeptical until I saw it in real. Jacoje links don’t do justice over photos and videos . They really look good in person and very sturdy for daily wear. It also layers well with Franco 3mm. Thank you Braden .

    I bought the 3mm Jacoje link and honestly it was a really nice style and definitely a unique chain. But I’m so picky with choosing the right chain and the heavy link just really caught my eye and I felt it might have a larger presence. I ended up returning the 3mm Jacoje link and replacing it with a 3mm Heavy link which I wear daily with a pendant. I pair this with a rope at 3mm and the Heavy link takes the cake in terms of commanding a presence on the neck. Honestly all great options and the Jacoje link is one of a kind but personally I’m really satisfied with the Heavy link I ended up getting. Thanks for the vid Jacoje

    I like the Heavy Link in 5mm because you really see the design, but I think in the smaller sizes I'd prefer the Jacoje Link because of the tighter links. After finding out my 5mm Heavy Link is plated w/18K, I'd have to get the 18K Jacoje to match in color. Since it was brought up, I wear my Heavy Link with my 5mm Franco daily & I can see slight scratches on the large flat surfaces with a magnifying glass. It's fine thoiugh.

      I figure my 5mm would be prone to scratching cause of the flat links so, i don’t wear it daily. I probably wear it a couple times a month if anything. I also wash it with dawn soap & use the polishing cloth after every use. I’ve had it for about a year now & fortunately just have one faint scratch line.
      I wish there was more transparency about it being plated though, I would’ve just bought an 18kt version instead.

    • @sheritee7328
      @sheritee7328 Год назад

      I know I am commenting a year later but my advice to you is, wear it as much as you want for these reasons. You want to really enjoy it and it wan't scratch wearing it on your neck. A ring would scratch a lot. If it eventually ended up with scratches, they will not be visible on a chain around your neck. Any jeweller can polish it up for a few bucks to bring back the original shine. Enjoy it with out worrying, life is too short!!

      @Quarantine Beats many of jacoje chains are plated for a deeper richer color from the Manufacturer but they are still solid gold under they just have a flash plating. As a matter of fact most 14k gold jewelry is plated to some point, the only time Gold plating is bad is when the metal under the plating is garbage like steel or copper. Jacojes gold is solid gold under the plating so its 100% legit
