Oh, it does. I just 2 shot him with it, but I'm hybrid Faith and Arcane with Dragon communion seal. 67 faith (I am using the faith talisman) and 53 arcane, golden vow and physick with lightning shrouded and faith boost. I literally watched this just before fighting him and my jaw dropped when I managed to nuke him in 2 😂 Sooooo much easier than when I fought him with my sorcerer
