It was fantastic! I even say it in the video but the Christmas spirit was definitely there that night!
Winterfest looks like it blew away Six Flag's Discovery Kingdom's Holiday in the Park. Always thought Great America did awesome Halloween and Holiday events. Now I wonder if they will keep up the standards and quality knowing they are on borrowed time before it closes.
Winterfest is always our favorite Christmas event to attend. We have not experienced Discovery Kingdoms holiday event yet. Great America has been improving and updating their park, hopefully that will continue after the new merger.

@@kedharguhan most of the rides are open during Winterfest. I think I can count on one hand the rides that are closed.

Hello! Yes. The only rides that are down are the ones being worked on.
What event was this at which part of the park? I went there last weekend and going again this weekend.
This was for their media night.
Did they still have Tinkers toy shop show??
I don’t believe so. They had performers singing in the area in front of it. I feel like if they we’re using that theater for shows they wouldn’t have stuff going on in front of it.
@@FastpassWithUs This is the part where they start removing things. Remember summer 2022, no more indoor shows. This is only beginning,of cutbacks, to close the park for good.
