Thank you for making these videos they're super helpful and entertaining I look forward to watching them in the future to help me keep up on the new Decks that I need to add to my wishlist❤
I’m looking forward to the Tree Keepers Oracle. I like Stephanie Law’s art style a lot, this will pair nicely with the Shadowscapes tarot. The Witch’s Familiar Runic Oracle looks interesting too.
10:10 Insight Editions surprised me by sending an advanced copy with some decks I'll be reviewing for October and I'm excited to film this one because it look so cool and so creepy.
I have done 20% flip through(8 cards) of the elemental oracle deck on my channel. Im look forward to the tarot outdoors tarot. I always look forward to your videos❤
2:43 I can't wait to get my advanced copy of this to see how the cardstock is! I wanted the original size but it's glossy, and I didn't love it that much to get it as a glossy deck.
Tarot for the Great Outdoors is on my wishlist. It looks like the majors each depict a US national park and the minors show animals found in North America.
I really recommend The Story Oracle deck.☝🏽Bright, lighthearted graphics but neutral, leaning towards negative meanings. Simplistic like Prism oracle, but 78 card deck. Practical, tangible, 3D/earthly realm/grounded meanings. All the meanings are only written in multiple keywords/phrases per card title/Main keyword. **(which is why I bought it)** Can be used alone pretty well honestly. If you do Crime/Mystery readings, this is for you! I LOVE this deck. It’s a hidden gem due to it being underrated. My only complaint is the card stock. I’m usually forgiving about cardstock, but the edges on this deck are sharp. Makes ur palms sore and annoying to even just use. But u can buy sand pads/paper for that.
Most of these decks look cheap to me. I guess anybody can throw a deck together these days, eh? I did like the Keeper of Trees, but a less expensive tree deck I liked better on Amazon. 😊 Thank you for this review! ❤❤
Hey there, fellow Azorean here lol! From what I see of the Lisboa Tarot, it's a concept I love in theory, but feels very much like it's going to be a shallow take on Lisbon and Portugal without the nuance they could go just based on my first impressions of the artwork. At the same time, it also looks like a RWS clone, so I'm not sure I like that. But, that'll be one on my radar now in case the guidebook actually sheds a deeper light on the imagery.
One of my current pet peeves is publishers not posting images of decks (like the one at 3:43 ). Like come on. Im not buying something sight unseen. I guess maybe there aren't images because it's "erotic" but also I feel like that's even more reason to post a few of the least risque images. Those types of images can be really polarizing, what if someone purchases it and hates the way it's depicted? Just post the dang pictures, I am so tired of it, at this point it comes across as trying to pull one over on customers (looking at you Insight Editions and CICO) and I'm over it.
I like the look of the Crystals and Chakra oracle...but £28 for a 50 card mass market oracle deck!? That's madness to me...makes me sad to see decks so expensive these days. I've recently seen mass market decks on Amazon for as much as £10 more than they were just a year or two ago. I appreciate there are valid reasons for the high prices of indie decks, but for mass market, I just don't get it and I fear our community is being taken advantage of 😢
I think that price seems pretty in line with current inflation reactive pricing. Stuff has just gotten more expensive to produce. I think a lot of inflation is manufactured to boost corporate profits at the expense of consumers, but I also realize that even if it's popular in a bubble, tarot and oracle etc are niche products and certainly aren't being produced at the scale we think they are. What price do you think makes sense (I am genuinely asking!)
@@FloraSprout I find decks have definitely increased more than other things e.g. books haven't increased at the same rate. The prices for indie creators don't seem to be increasing at the same rate either, which is what makes me think it's greedflation! Indie decks have historically been significantly more expensive than mass market, but the gap seems to be closing in some cases. For example, the Thistledown Oracle from Three Trees Tarot who I know put lots of consideration into their printing and production is 50 cards (plus extras) for £35.50, which doesn't seem that big a jump from £28 mass market! I'd be prepared to pay £15-18 for a 50 card oracle depending on the quality. I'd pay more for more cards obviously, but for 50 cards I can't justify paying more than £18 for mass market. X

Thanks so much 🥰

Thank you for letting us know the new decks coming out!!!
11:08 I don't think these are celebrities. I think they're just vintage photos used in a collage art to depict ancestors.
I was just gonna comment the same thing lol
lol the gap in my knowledge is celebrities... and not knowing when someone is or isn't one 😂
@TarotwithRuby Pretty sure you're safe in this instance. I don't think there are any celebrities at all in this 🤣
I think the selling point of the black and white rws is that it is linen and black edge guilding

7:04 I want this to use as an oracle deck!
18:42 Yes, Lisbon is English. Lisboa is Portuguese. I need this because I'm Portuguese!
3:26 This seems really interesting. There's photos now on Amazon and it seems like it would pair nicely with the Mary Magdalene Oracle from Hay House.
I have done 20% flip through(8 cards) of the elemental oracle deck on my channel.
Im look forward to the tarot outdoors tarot.
I always look forward to your videos❤
4:35 I want this! It looks so cute!
19:44 I pre-ordered this and I can't wait for it!!! I think they included some Canadian National Parks.

18:04 I'm getting an advanced copy of this as well! I can't wait. Love my Moonology decks 😍
9:30 I can't wait to get my advanced copy of this! It looks so good! And I've been wanting to learn more about the tree of life!
0:38 I received an advanced copy of this deck! I have the Black Tarot from the same author and artist, so I'm excited about it!

Update: I bought it and so far I’m reallly enjoying it. Thanks so much for the encouragement, it helped a lot! 🥰
The beloved dead is on my list for ancestral work. And tree keepers oracle I love the art work and it will match the shadowscapes

There are actually images now. It's a collage deck.
