💔 Forgive me Father for I too have sinned and come short of your glory 🙏 Why are the rules in the Bible about women not taught nor taken seriously? I just feel we have so many things that tie into one another. (Hollywood knows the influence sexuality and physiological warfare has had on humanity; to subtlety corrupt humanity to the point of evil being good and good being evil) To be married and to think of another in a lustful manner is a sin. It is unfaithful. Why are we instructed not to paint our lips red? Women must not lure men to sin or think sinful thoughts. For it is written.
I'm struggling really hard with forgiving my abuser that has been emotionally mentally spiritually and physically abusing me for almost 5 years. I have no way out and I'm really struggling to forgive and to love because it's gotten to the point where every time this person is around my heart goes with hate and I don't like that. I don't want to be like that. I want to love like Jesus. I was reading the first Epistle of John today and it talks about if you have Hate in Your Heart for your brother then you don't have God and you. And that terrifies me except for this one person it's just too hard to love them when they just continue to be so mean, vicious, and evil
I can relate. I’ve dealt with abuse MOST of my life. And still am; everything but physical. It makes it easier KNOWING that it’s the “spirits” in them making them act the way they do. Forgiving is for you AND them as a human being. People can be overtaken by these spirits and really act out. I’ve had to forgive people of heinous things. And knowing God has forgiven me of bad things, I can’t help but forgive with Jesus’ help. Ask him to help you. God bless you.
@soreallylala890 Basically, just with my job, I don't make enough to cover ALL of the bills myself, so I've got this roommate to pay half of the bills, who is just awful and very abusive. I really truly believe he has demonic influence. You can see absolutely NOTHING in his eyes but soullessness, darkness, and evil if that makes sense. He refuses to stop watching pornography in the apartment and alcohol which are both bringing in even more demons. He constantly tells me I'm useless because I won't have relations with him. He will not lift a finger to help me do anything around the apartment he won't even clean up after himself . He makes a huge mess on the toilet every time he goes in there 2 use it also makes a mess on the floor every time he urinates and refuses to clean it up when I ask him to clean it up nicely he just gives me a dirty look and shakes his head no and say I don't think so I don't have to do it. He is always telling me that I am going "overboard" with my Christianity. I really don't even understand that statement because I know the truth, and that is Jesus, and I'm not going to allow him to destroy my faith. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. I already struggle with trauma from childhood, so I am constantly in "survival mode) on the inside with extreme anxiety. Also, I have ADHD and am on the Spectrum for autism (high functioning). So his abuse makes everything so much worse I have always been a person that has worn my heart on my sleeve I love people and animals very much and I go out of my way to help whoever I can in whatever way I can but it's to the point now where he has hurt me so badly that every time I see him INSTANTLY hate just swells up in my heart and I don't like that I don't want to hate anyone I Want to Love Like Jesus loves us all. I love other people and animals. (especially animals), but with him, I just can't anymore, and now I feel like I'm letting Jesus down because we are not supposed to have hate for our brother. When we hate our brother it is like committing murder in our hearts and I don't feel good about that at all also the fact that I am using his truck because my car that I had the transmission got destroyed and I didn't have nearly enough to fix it so it got scrapped. I deliver pizzas for a living and I work 6 days a week but with most of that being on the road pay which is like $8 an hour before taxes and a lot of people not really wanting to tip I only bring home about 6 to 7 hundred every 2 weeks. And everything has just gotten extremely expensive so there's no way to afford all of the bills myself and if I did make him leave I would not have a vehicle to continue to do my job that is literally the only reason he is still here. He knows that, and he uses that to his advantage to put me through all of the torment that he possibly can and always threatens my cats, which really makes me angry because of how much I love animals. I've even tried to see if I can get a vehicle through a buy here pay here but since I am a delivery driver it is against their policy to sell me a car so I am literally stuck with no way out. And I feel like that's exactly how Satan wants it to be. I pray every day, and I ask Jesus to take the hate out of my heart for Him and replace it with love, but it's just not working. I know it's not something I can do myself. I know the Holy Spirit has to be in control of that and make that happen. I am just feeling hopeless at this point, so I left my original comment in hopes that Amanda and her team could pray for me that I can just get this hate out of my heart for Him. Because I know Jesus will listen to her because she is a very obedient servant of his. I also want Jesus to use me in way however he sees fit to bring glory to his name and to further his kingdom as well so I pray for that too but so far I haven't gotten any answers on that. I'm guessing he wants me to fix what I've got going on first.
