There's nothing like a real Land Rover Defender to put a smile on a man's face, and with good scenery, what could go wrong? Thanks for sharing.

I have always cherished this trip, as it offers not only a sense of adventure but also an opportunity to immerse myself in its rich heritage. From exploring historical landmarks to experiencing the cultural traditions that have stood the test of time, every moment feels like a journey through the stories and legacies of the past.

Hi Jamie. We drove from the Gantry to Falls Lookout and Rocky Hole last week. A lot of fun. Was dry and fairly easy 4x4 drive. Love the area. Well done video.

I haven't been to Mt Mee for ages. I remember a BBQ or two there and a nice swimming hole not too far away. I remember driving the A-Break and a couple of other tracks. There's a camping area somewhere there that I was going to try out but never did. Anyway, thanks for another great Video Jamie. I loved it.

I've spent a lot of time around D'Aguillar. I'm not sure if it is still accessible, but there used to be an easement/firebreak out the back of Dayboro that lead up to the ridge to t junction. You could follow the trail South and end up at South D'Aguillar, or go right and head north. That track followed the ridge all the way to the gantry atea. Heaps of side tracks that lead to old logging areas and cattle pastures on the range. Stunning country.

It sure is an amazing area. We traveled around all through there. Our aim was to travel through D’Aguilar national park on dirt to Mt Glories. We came across a number a gates that puts back on to the Bituman. As you can map it all the way in the National Park.

@JamieHazelden Yep. Some years ago, I looked at a property at a property on Raynbird Creek Road, west of Kobble Creek, but on the western side of the range. We were told that the fire break on the boundary at the top of the ridge joined Mt Glorious Road to the south, and the northern way eventually got you to Kobble Creek over a couple of ridges.
The breaks are visible on Google maps, and no doubt any decent mapping system. Many moons ago I had a book (atlas) called Explore Australia by Four Wheel Drive. It had some tracks in there that I've never seen on other maps.
