You may surprise yourself with how your body adjusts with practice. Just remember, you get out what you put in. You have many years ahead of you, and it's never too late to start. A great record of your progress so far. We remember Nigel saying you'd had a try out at 180 and things looked good. Said then "the boy will need to be a special one" little did we know how special that young man turned out to be. Onwards and upwards both. :-)

They don't show how much time, effort and sacrifice my mum (and all of Andrei and my family) put in to making our dreams come true. I love my mum with all my heart, she is my best friend. If she's ever hard on us, then it's only because she knows the potential we have. It's easy for us. Andrei and I get all the praise and accolades, our families get nothing, but it takes all of us doing our parts, be it out under the spotlights, or a silent partner holding the fort down. We are a unity, and I wouldn't have it any other way. 💙💚💛💜

Who do you think actually helped Mia get where she is today ... travelling all over the country, worrying about how to fund it all at night, taking in andrei so Mia could dance with him, no holidays for 7 years .... I am mean to her?! 😂 you have no clue what it’s took in terms of sacrifice to support Mia - and I would do it 10 x over for her to be happy. I am certainly not mean to her !
And I did get out there and do that when I was a kid ... I don’t feel the need to now. These are not my dreams - and remember how a Tv show is edited before you start slating a mum who is doing her best to support her daughter 😒
