While I agree Pacey's breakdown in season 4 was a poor moment for him.....Dawson had waaaay too many "poor moments" throughout the series ...he read Joey's diary, treated Joey like his possession, creepily tried to record kissing Jen, judges Jen for her past, almost killed Pacey in the regatta race because of jealousy, sleeps with Joey while he has a gf. After season 1, I lost all hope in Dawson.

She definitely had her moments. They all had their moments but I guess that's what kept the show from getting boring. I watched on TV so every annoying thing any of them did just sat and festered for a week, sometimes a month, before there was closure from the current drama. So not being able to just stream the next episode right away made you feel the full timeline of emotions, plots, plot twists etc over the coarse of the school year, from August to May. Having to wait magnified everything by 10 so I didn't like all of them at times. So I get it!
