Fun fact: The Kaeya Thief animation had the actual Genshin VA director, well, directing the VO of it. It also had well known VAs in it: Kaeya is Boothill's VA and Wriothesley is formerly Argenti's VA for example

This HoyoFair was INCREDIBLE, so many gorgeous animations in so many different styles, I just loved it 🙏🏻💕 my personal favourite is the Bamboo Forest, I love that they took Genshin Lore rather than making something with already known characters. This isn't actually a part 2 like someone in the chat sai, in the previous hoyofair they only put the first couple of minutes as the preview and here's the full shirt film. It's made by a French studio 💕
A bit of a Fun Fact in the Idol/Aranagi short. Aether is voiced and sang by his ACTUAL CN VA, Luyin kana. He also voices Scara/Wanderer too in the game, but not in the short.✨

Fun fact the Moonlit Bamboo Forest animation was based on real lore in game by same title, a very old story from Liyue believed be about the 3 moon sisters Aria, Sonnet, and Canon. The animation project included few former award winning composers and animators from Studio Ghibli as well as other amazing talents. ❤🎉
The amount of progenitor Kaveh fanart I saw is insane and I'm not surprised, this design is just something else
the albedo short has (one of) the best animation we've ever seen in genshin and im not gonna move on that/ do u know how hard it is to have such a painting-looking background MOVE with the character?? - as in, the character moves, the camera moves, but the background ina 3d space /also/ moves, so its not just a flat backdrop with layers, but a perspective one? even disney wasnt able to do that in their 2d department until some new very costly software they developed!
also, i feel like calling such art an 'acid trip' is, uhh,, said only by people who have never done acid or whose maximum spice tolerance is salt. thats art! the different textures and depth and the movement, not to even mentio the story, the beautiful non-normal way its conveyed! i am so in love.

41:01 Doro that gun Yelan is using is a Norinco LG5 / QLU-11. The QLU designation stands for "light weapon (Qīng Wŭqì) - grenade (Liúdàn) - sniper (Jūjī)" in Chinese military coding standard.
and it uses 35x32mm SR grenades, meaning it's the domestic version and not the LG5 export
Moonlit Bamboo Forest was definitely my favourite, but it had strong competition with Genshin~Guoba~, Toy Salesman and Shadow Chaser.

Subutai got advice and permission from No_Tables for adding to the "Genshin with Guns" series, but more in a CoD style than Blue Archive style, also no Lumine this time.
