- Strymon have updated a bunch of their best selling effects pedals and I am slowly acquiring them for my keyboards! This video looks at the El Capistan V2 and how it can add some movement and soul to a straight up electric piano (which in this case is a sexy 1970's Rhodes mk1).

Not often mentioned but the strymon brigadier is very useful delay
I know you have the deco which is great
I’ll go with brigadier flint dig el cap deco as a chain that will get you to most places you would need to go

I love both pedals but get more use on stage out of El Cap at the moment.
Hi Ryan, thanks for the great video. I mostly play on keyboards with stereo outputs, should I go for the V1 or the V2 which has stereo outputs ? Just wondering because both pedals only have a mono input… thanks for your help!
Hi. The input is mono or stereo if you use a splitter cable with stereo tip.
Would be very interested to see/hear you integrate the pedal in Ableton.

Strymon make great pedals...Seriously, though, you could play an old Rhodes through a dirty sock and it would sound lush!!!! Thanks for sharing, Ryan! Great vid!
