Scotty big tip about Ness' Up Special (PK Thunder) is that you can use it on yourself to launch yourself in which direction you take. It's great for recovery, air combos and last stock smashes
Some people don't like playing with items. Those people are needs who don't know the joy of tryharding with items
7N only against other players. Against cpu items are the most cancerous bs
With ness you can actually return the thunderball on yourself and project. To save your self or kick ass
You need to do this with a bunch of people in a tournament

Fourzero you can heal using ness by just using down b and when someone shoots a projectile to your down b you are healing a little bit of percent ;)
Edit:Also you can collide your up b to your body while using ness to perform a powerful attack and can be also use to recover when launched out of the stage :)

If you practice aiming with the up special you can hit your self wich can save you from falling off stage and also be able to damage from a far
If you do up + b and hit yourself with your thunder ball you go flying and down + b to absorb energy base attacks to heal when your Ness
