    I found you on RUclips today. Aside from your PK Grill accessories, we use the exact same equipment and the exact same charcoal. Instant subscribe. Picanha is probably my favorite meal, and I've made it several times on my PBC. Will definitely have to try this method finishing it off on my new PK. Thanks for the videos!
