$150-million commercial development slated to replace San Pedro's Ports O' Call Village by 2025. The 42-acre complex, located directly on the Los Angeles waterfront, is entitled for more than 335,000 square feet of development over the term of a 66-year ground lease.
The project is also expected to include an open air 6,500 seat amphitheater.

Very underwhelming. I also expected more progress. Will the amphitheater be open by 2025 as well? Doesn't look like they've started building it at all yet.

I think there will be several phases. This project has stalled numerous times, I don't expect this amphitheater to be any different. Hope I'm wrong.
