Greatest circle track driver of all time. We will never see another one like him in our lifetimes. The fact that he can win at the highest level in midgets, sprints, late models, and NASCAR is just insane.
I think the competition is much better on dirt than it is on asphalt or concrete. And with all the B. S. going on with Nascar, I have decided that dirt is for racing and asphalt is for getting there. The new Nascar is acting like it's gone WOkE while dirt is where the real men are racing. Keep doing what y'all are dirt trackers , we love it here in Louisiana !!!
As much as I am a Larson fan, there have been other great circle track drivers that could do it all. I will just name a few. A.J. Foyt, Mario Andretti, Parnelli Jones, Pancho Carter, Jimmy Clark, Al and Bobby Unser, These men all won in everything. They also won without roll cages and between them won 14 Indy 500's. There were also great drivers from the early days through the 1950's like Tony Bettenhausen, Bill Vukovich, tommy Hinnershitz and Jud Larson. Lastly no great circle track list can be written without including Steve Kinser who is still largely regarded as the greatest sprint car driver to ever live. Yes, better than Kyle.He was still winning at 60.

All the top cars are even in quality. Steve Kinser is probably the greatest sprint car driver of all time but if Kyle had not gone to NASCAR, that might not have been the case.
@@Huntinggolds I drove sprint cars from the age of 15 to 26, Steve Kinser was always my hero.. and I can confidently say that Kyle is better than him. There were no races back then as competitive than the chili bowl or world of outlaws late models or sprints..

Love the fact that no matter what he takes the seat of Kyle Larson goes flat out and races to winand i have doubts he does it just for money. He is one hell of a wheel man and an even bigger gentleman.
