NEW Video: How to grow your player potential in FIFA 21 Career Mode!!!
To do this, you have 3 options:
1) Loan your player and call him back!!!
2) Buy the Player
3) Play lot of games during the season
Option 1 & 2 are not guarantee, because potential can decrease, make sure you save your file before doing any of these options.
All of these options work with players between ages 17-27.

Hi, is it important that your player is happy about his contact, because my player is happy with his performance, with his Playing time and with the team performance but he isn’t happy about his contract. I give him more vage but he is still unhappy about his contact.
Does position changing affects the dynamic potential?
The best way is to just in the last game of the season, go into the beginner, make the match like 20 minutes, then score like 50 goals with the player's whose potential you want to increase, works with strikers and midfielders at least, idk about defenders ahaha.

@@dmbeats646 I've done it in several careers, and I think a lot of simmed career youtubers do the same, not sure if it works for cbs and stuff tho, but I know that it works with strikers and wingers and cams

My Jatta is 80 and i am doing a career HSV

Is anyone have experience a problem when manage a team that have objective avoid relegation, and somehow manage to finish a 7-8th at the league, and the next season all players potential went down?

How to know how much growed the potential by developing plan? I mean there wasnt a difference between stay the same and went up. The only difference was at went down..?
We don't know how much exactly the potential went up.... but I check their attributes in the development plan to look for an improvement... for example, in the video:
-Jovic Potential 85, his "Composure" stay in a minus (-) 2:11
-Jovic Potential 83, "Composure" stay in a minus (-)
-Jovic Potential 88, Composure went up to 2 arrows (^^)
minus (-) means attribute maximum potential reached
1,2,3 arrows (^^^) means still room for improvement
Where do you see the potential
You can also know if the potential went up if the value went up

Idk whats going on but i got 2 cm that play about 28-30+ games a season and have peaked and their potential wont go up at all, ones been like that for 3 seasons and i won the treble twice dont know if its a new gen thing or some players just dont grow
30 games seems ok, but not enough to grow his potential.... unfortunately he needs to play almost every single game if we want his potential to go up... Another reason could be your team performance, only if you’re not winning lot of games. Good Luck 👍🏼
I think if you do it with a CAM, it is more easier than to grow up his potential than you do it with a CM because you can score more goals and you can easier get a better rating. Example my CAM in a Karriere had a 85er Potential and in the end of the career he has a 91 because he always score a lot of goals.
But there was an other player in the CM, he had a 82 Potential and in the end, he only has a 85, because he don’t score so much goals.
Another example is Bakary Jatta, he is a RW in my career with the HSV, he always play very good and score very much goals and in the end he has a 92
@@j0semanu46 thats the thing even my gk he peaked at 87 and played all but like 8 games and was still stuck in 87, it works on some players and it doesnt work on some cuz i also had a 92 overall cam played almost all games had a 18-18 season and stuck at 92 next season
Cherki has reached 95 at my carrer mode and he played every game until now.
How you have Brobby and that young players cuz on my ps4 it doesnt show
you may need to update your FIFA, he didn't show up in the game until november...
