With no hype, but with plenty of hyphae. I'll see myself out. 😬🤭

I have ingesting mushroom extract powder every day for 2 months. I tend to suffer from dysbiosis/ candida and I avoid dairy and most sugars. In the past eating these foods would cause acne. Now I can eat a little bit of cheese and chocolate without a flare up. So the beta glucans seem to be helping the immune response of the gut/skin.

Yes, the prime macrophages to phagocite any incoming fungae, including candida. You would do well with average mushrooms or dietetic yeast. No need to spend money on fanzy sources.

Thank you for this interview. I've used psilocybin for my mental health for years and it's simply amazing. Micro dosing is such a good remedy for mild depression and anxiety. Mega dosing is life changing if it's done right.

Amen hallelujah on Affirmative Action if only for the creation of this wonderful liaison between fungi and homo sapiens. Also quite wonderful that he's near Cincinnati. I may have to take my walking ecosystem to pay him a visit next month.

This Guy is clueless, I haven`t learnt anything. You should read Mycelium Running by Paul Stamets or Entangled LIfe by Merlin Sheldrake and you will find out how fascinating and magical mushrooms really are. He did not mention Trametes Versicolor or Ganoderma Lucidium or chaga? What about Amanita Muscaria? Terence McKenna would have told him to take 5 dried grams and sit in a dark room!
