Old dogs can learn new tricks because you have taught this old dog a bunch. I have done low carb for many many years and am very happy with it. There is only one thing I will not do and that is give up real southern cornbread dressing up. Thanksgiving day I will tell my keto brain to sit down and shut up.
Been missing your videos. So glad to see you back. The cinnamon rolls sound delicious. Also thought I would comment on Factor. When I saw your ad in a previous video, I thought of trying it for my mother-in-law since she lives on her own and at age 93, she doesn’t always eat properly. We tried other frozen services in the past, but they left much to be desired. The Factor meals I select allows us to share meals with her a couple of times each week and the have all been delicious. I also get the keto shakes for me. They are really good. Thanks for the recommendation.
Ha! I’ve been sick with my kiddos this week, and I totally blanked this was your recipe. I was wondering why you were giving out measurements…. These look delicious, I’m going try this as a project with my ten year old. She loves cooking/baking. :)

Than k you so much for this video! I do love blueberries! I've done Swedish-style cinnamon rolls using the Victoria flour (adding a tiny little bit of vital wheat gluten as well) and they turned out lovely. The only problem is the rise ones they come out of the oven. When I did scones with the same flour (no vital weatg.) I did add an extra teaspoon of baking powder and they did keep more of the rise. Next time I do the Rolls, I will do that And add in mozzarella (I fine shred it and mix it with the flour without heating, works with bread) and see if that helps as well.
