Im a huge 100t fan, and this is the best the roster has ever looked but the difference between them and sentinels even now is acutally scary
Don't be too disappointed lol. This match has no importance whatsoever. They are just trying things out. I'm pretty sure Sentinels are still stronger ofcourse, but 100t isn't this weak either.

@@malsawmzela609 It is decently important, yes they both qualified but they get better seeding, more money, and obviously helps their ego to win this game. I can see 100T hiding a couple counter strats made specifically for sentinels but for the most part they were probably trying their best.
Honestly, with the amount of money 100T invests into valorant, we should be expecting better results. How can u buy a building so that the team can play together with low ping and still lose. Losing to a team with a guy on 50-60 ping.

While this match has lesser bearing compared to their previous matches, that was still kinda brutal of a skill gap showcase by Sentinels daym.

I’m kind of relieved that TSM didn’t qualify by some miracle because watching these matches against the two best teams in NA, TSM is no where near their level and would poorly represent NA skill level in an international tournament

@@sum1221 When these guys compete, when it comes to aim they're all at a very similar level. All being ex cs pros with insane Aim, its not really the game sense/aim that won them the games. Its the setups, the comms, the IGL reads, the understanding of the game that puts sentinels on another level. If Individual skill was the thing winning these games I think it would actually be a lot closer, but right now, sentinels have the best understanding of the game in the whole world, and thats why they won the series.

@@seppdipode2203 I understand that. What I’m saying is that SEN ran a team comp similar to what they usually do and 100t had steel on KAYO for both games with Hiko on Viper with split. The only thing SEN bothered to change was dapr on KJ. Idk how that’s a handicap as if steel on KAYO isn’t a nerf as well. Anyways I’m trying to say that SEN put in more effort than 100T from team comp alone. Not even saying that as an excuse because I think SEN would win even if 100T had steel on KJ but come on bruh really.

The fact that Sentinels have lost so few matches that it's hard for the opposition to even study their failures. Having said that, I get pissed when a team like 100T forget that Zombs and Dapr always, invariably, play on both sites (in Split especially). (why ethan and hiko were looking on one side when they were approaching another corner?) This is one of the easiest giveaways of Sentinels. Secondly, on the second half of Split where 100T capitalized on a thrifty round, they did what Sentinels do every time--approach together and do trade-offs. This has been the hallmark of Sentinels play. There will always be someone to trade-offs and take out one or two possible opposition players before they move aggressively.
This game is now way above just aim and shoot. It's all about nerves and grit and good comms and brilliant game-sense. I'm a 100T fanboy, but boy oh! boy, well-done Sentinels.

I feel like sentinels has so much more frag potential in their players compared to 100 thieves . They are so quick on the trades . Compared to 100 thieves where asuna is the only one charging with others in the background.

Yall can totally correct me if im wrong, but genuinely think that they need to get rid of steel. Yes, he has a massive brain, but i dont think he has the firepower to back it up. I think putting Hiko or Nitro on igl, and then bringing in some fresh firepower could really help them a lot.
You could even make a six man roster, but i think adding some fresh blood could really prove to be useful.

I have been a sentinels fan since the start even since sinatraa has been on the team but I used to like 100T I just don’t like steel he’s not really the best player and he’s cocky for a bad player in my opinion 100T is a 2 man teem (asuna and ethan) and Hiko is a hit or miss nowadays

It seems like there was some big ping differences in the first match (several technical timeouts, Ethan DCing, a lot more than usual missed shots from 100T). LAN will be interesting.
they always complain about ping. they all play in the same facility but only one player dc? they just bad. forcing their own agents, refusing to adapt to the meta and the inability to adapt to other teams (strats). you can watch a video on their yt channel. they keep complaining about ping. tenz had high ping as well. he plays from CANADA. it's just excuses. at least teams like envy and rise who continuously improve without the dumb excuses

Steel just isn't suited for top tier Valorant. I hope 100t realizes that soon. Watch how he plays Kayo, but plays so passively. I get that he's a good igl, but let's be real... Nitro can absolutely take over that role. Ethan is another frustrating one to watch but at least he has god tier aim.

Definitely would work. The problem with current 100T is that they have 3 passive players and a Ethan who is lost. Asuna is mostly left alone to be aggresive and it just doesn't work.
With sinatraa they'd have 2 aggresive players and that would work nicely
