Thank you so much!! 😊
Yayyy for part 2 👏🏾🎉
Thank you!! 😊
I am an occupational therapy intern from India. This book list is really very useful for me. Thanks a lot for this valuable information.
No problem! Thank you so much for the support!! I’m glad you gained some gems! 😊
Hey do you think it's a good idea to take ot in india.. also could you please give me some tips since I'm joining ot for college this year..
Congratulations! Can you give recommendations for texts or apps for those going into OT school or the sciences? I’m finishing my prerequisites and would love to have tools to help.
Thank you! I actually didn't use any texts or apps other than quizlet! So I hope that helps you a little bit!! But I would definitely recommend to try to do some research on some apps that could help you!
I am making a list of these books because I know they are going to be helpful in my career regardless of if my school puts them on a list or not - the more info the better right!! - but do you recommend the exact editions you have for all of them besides Willard & Spackman's or should I look into the newest editions for each book? I know some professors I have had prefer some editions over others based on how the info is presented, so I was wondering your take? Thank you so much again for taking the time to help guide others it means so much.
Hi!! No problem! I love helping! I recommend to honestly ask your professors! These books were helpful in my opinion, the editions I have! However, if there are newer versions sometimes there may not be a big difference in the way the book was written but more of the price! So I suggest to do some research and make the choice that works best for your budget!! 😊
I am currently at Stockton, 1st year! Do you have any advice on what I should be doing during my level 1's to really prepare me for the future?
Congratulations 🎉 And my tips would be to try to ask questions and be involved as much as you can! Even if it’s cleaning equipment! The more you are involved the better! Good luck with your OT journey! 😊
how many years of schooling to be an OT?
Thank you for your comment! It is about 6-7 years including both your undergraduate and masters degree. It will be 7-8 years if you decide to get your entry-level doctorate degree instead of your masters!
